We, Americans, Must Show Tolerance Now…

… More than Ever for the Senseless Slaughter of our Men, Women and Children by otherwise Peaceful Islamo-Fascists with clearly stated designs on Controlling the World.

We know it is within us as We have performed this favor, with Determination, on behalf of Socialism over the last 100-years. Why would we allow another Elitist, Bigoted, Homophobic, Misogynistic, Statist Ideology be treated differently?  Of course, we simply can’t.

Mr. President, for almost a decade you’ve made it clear we should not.

The World will always look to The United States for Leadership… and Citizens, Non-Citizens and those Oppressed Individuals lacking Documentation, of The United States look to You for the same.

I implore you, Mr. President, Demand we Understand and be Accepting in these most confusing of times by Demonstrating to the World that Acquiescence is the only Path to Peace.

The Middle East Solution

I propose we solve the Middle East violence through a program of Understanding.

Here in the United States we have an abundance of Well Trained, Amazingly Equipped and Overly Funded Diversity Trainers.  (It’s worth noting that many of these same people are cross-trained in Sexual Harassment Education and Gender Sensitivity Issues.  All Added Value as far as my Proposal is concerned.)

I cannot believe it would take much to initiate a Mission composed of the Majority of these ‘Special Operators’ to head over to Syria and Iraq to impose Mandatory Diversity Training.  We can even make sure they wear comfortable shoes so they don’t challenge the President’s ‘No Boots on the Ground’ edict.

Finally, Taxpayer Dollars well spent.

And, Once all sides understand the Value of Diversity… Problem Solved… Forever.

Peace will be experienced throughout the land.

(There could be an obvious upside for those of us here in the U.S. if it doesn’t work out… but I’ll leave that for you guys to figure out.)

Macklemore is a Coward

Or, Why do we let cheap and easy get rewarded?

I’m going to spin out into a very brief commentary on Pop Culture… Ben Haggerty, AKA Macklemore has a Top 40 hit called “Same Love”.  Lyrics below.

So Macklemore has positioned himself as, and is being hailed as, a Leading Voice in Liberal Tolerance when it comes to Homosexual Love.

On the contrary;

Macklemore is a Coward.

One must understand that anytime you read a story, or listen to a song, the writer has Carefully chosen the words.  So Listen, Carefully.

Macklemore specifically chooses not just to express his deep concern he might have been Gay when he was a child (because he kept his room clean), and subsequent “relief” once he determined, (his mother told him) he was NOT… he then Chooses Mary Lambert to sing a chorus about Lesbian Love.  Lesbian Love… Not the Love one Man shares with another Man… Lesbian Love…

Why does this matter?

Two reasons.

First, it immediately makes Macklemore disingenuous.  Take a moment and replace the incredible Mary Lambert with a Male singer weilding a Extraordinary Baritone reminiscent of say Isaac Hayes.  Then change the words to “He Keeps Me Warm.”  I’ll wait.

How does that feel?  Different?

Second of course is the fact that a Majority of Humans have no problem with Lesbians.  Zero problem.

There has been an entire Movie industry built upon Lesbian “Love”.  An Industry so large and so prolific that it has determined the format we watch all movies in at home.

Why?  Because…

Lesbians Like it.

Heterosexual Men Like it.

Heterosexual Women don’t mind it as much as they often profess… In fact, most arguments against porn from women is related to it undermining their individual influence over Men.  In other words; Objectification… Destruction of the Family… Unreasonable expectation… body image… etc.  (The Exploitation of Women argument(oddly never Men) becomes slightly more difficult in the internet age where many of the Female AND MALE porn actors are accessible in terms of expressing opinions outside of the movies they participate in.  The majority of these people make it clear they are Choosing to Participate of their own Free Will.  Human trafficking related to porn exists… as it does in prostitution and illegal garment manufacturing industries.  It is horrible and already illegal.  There are no fans of slavery, in any form, on this site…)

This above phenomena has a great deal to do with Biological Imperatives.  In other words, hard wiring of the species… good or bad.

So not only did Macklemore take the road headed to the low hanging fruit displaying his own prejudices, he also tried to make sure his song wouldn’t offend his friends in the Rapper community.  Where’s the courage in that?  What barriers, exactly, are being torn down?  What growth in acceptance is he promoting by doing something so small?  What’s brave about doing that small something in 2013 when the porn industry has been doing it in front of a massive audience since it’s inception?

In the end, nobody cares.  At least those among us who believe in the supremacy of the Individual don’t care.

What I do care about however is accolades being poured upon an individual who is neither courageous nor tolerant.  And I care about those accolades being offered only because of the importance certain factions of our society wish to fuel further balkanization for political purposes.  Why bother mentioning the Right Wing Conservatives when it’s the Rapper Community who has the problem… just not with Lesbians.?  Is it just me saying it?

Because you’re a Coward.

(For those of you who might want to bring to my attention that Macklemore has MEN in his video, I will respond that nobody sees the video anymore.  And, he knows that.  Where do you go?  MTV? VH1?  Nice try not to think.)

I’ve held back jumping on the Duck Dynasty hates Gays bandwagon… because it’s nothing new and I don’t really care.

Let me state my position on this latest example of Liberal Tolerance.

Phil Robertson has every right to openly state what he believes.  A&E has every right as a private company to “Fire” Phil Robertson because of what he openly states as his beliefs.  You have every right to Support Phil, or Support A&E.  You can turn A&E off… you can say mean things about Phil.  You can burn Phil’s Duck Calls… On and on and on.

The only, only, only aspect of this I find remotely interesting is the idea of Tolerance.  This episode is simply another, in a long line, of incidents where Liberals fail to tolerate speech they disagree with.  Phil may very well be an A-Hole.  But where exactly is the tolerance?

Liberals find it very important to remind the rest of us that they are the most Tolerant people in the room… at all times.  But if you only tolerate those you agree with then where exactly IS the tolerance?

This is a terrific example of the Left’s War on Words.

It is all part of controlling speech.  Because if you control speech you control the argument.

But what is amazing is that we are conditioned with regularity to accept such control.

We see this in everyday life.  Several examples we have grown to except, erroneously, are the words;

Gratuity, Charity and Voluntary.

If the definition of gratuity above is correct… then how can one be mandatory on parties of 6 or more, or have a minimum of 15% etc.?  Once it’s mandatory or has a requirement, it’s no longer a gratuity, it’s a fee.

If something is taken from you and given to someone else it is not charity.  It is theft.

If something is voluntary it does not require Force by others.  In other words, you don’t voluntarily pay your taxes.  You pay your txes because you must.  If you don’t, you go to jail.  That’s Force.

Apparently “Tolerance” is going the way of “Voluntarily”, a word hardly heard and rarely understood.

It seems none of us ‘Public School Kids’ know what Free Will is.

I shouldn’t have to say this, but Words mean Things.  All of the above words have to do with your ability to say “No.”  So ask yourself, why would the Left want to change the meaning of, or remove, such words from our vocabulary?  Contrary to many people’s new definition of Tolerance, it does not mean finding only those things you agree with as protected speech.  In fact, it means exactly the opposite.

Buy a dictionary… use it… before all meaning is lost forever.
