In case you’ve been immersed in the latest happenings on the Transgender Transformation Front and missed what Pamela Geller’s ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest has provoked… allow me to catch you up.

Pamela Geller held a ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest.

Two Terrorist A-Holes decided they were going to show up and kill Everyone.

Both Terrorist A-Holes were shot dead by a Gun Clinging Texas Cop (Who probably thought they were Black Guys just minding their own business, and shot them as a matter of protocol.).

The Leftists from every corner of the political spectrum (Right, Left, CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, The Catholic Church, Republicans, Democrats, etc. etc. etc.) are blaming Pamela Geller.  I mean, Did you See The Way She Was Dressed!?  She was ASKING FOR IT!

The AP is lamenting the demise of the Terrorist A-Holes… seriously.  They have decided to own the position that the deaths of two Terrorist A-Holes, who couldn’t stand the insult of a cartoon and decided to try to kill a bunch of people, is a tragedy.  (If that’s not an open illustration of ‘who you can trust’ I don’t know what is.)

That about sums it up.

If you think you are entering a world with no elements of reason,

I would have to agree with you.

Frankly, Pamela Geller’s group should be receiving federal NEA dollars for her contest. That would be a consistent start to the conversation as it would ‘level the playing field’ with all those artists who have legitimized their ‘art’ by intentionally provoking every other religious institution found in the United States (except Islam).

Or, inversely, removing Federal Tax Dollars from ALL arts and returning the market dynamic to the Artistic Process as it has been for Thousands of Years.  Think that redistributing your hard-earned money to Feces Covered paintings of the Virgin Mary is good Government?  Quick… think of an Artistic Masterpiece!  Hold that image in your mind… There were no Government subsidies for that piece of work.  Someone purchased it, with intent.  Or, it was created with the hope someone would.  It was not blindly funded.

Provoking religious institutions is PROTECTED SPEECH… just as the religious institutions existence IS PROTECTED.  So important is this… IT COMES FIRST in the Bill of Rights!

What is profoundly fascinating?

This event has drawn out the Leftist Religious types (Cardinal Dolan) to illustrate the hypocrisy I just tapped out, but instead of using it as an example of how we all must tolerate such provocation… they demand Drawing Mohammed Pictures be classified as “Hate Speech” in order to control it.  Cardinal Dolan is Jealous.

In other words, Socialists of all flavors see the danger in defending Pamela Geller… The are in a desperate, twisted, position.

If They defend her, as they should, they undermine the control of speech they have worked so diligently to secure. Remember, Political Correctness favors those who cannot argue their ideas on the merits of reason and rational.  So… What Control the Leftists currently have must be preserved… no matter how insipid they may sound when they say it out loud…

But the Left is not content to simply hold on to their current suppression of your Free Speech Rights, they wish to expand upon it.

Those coming out of the woodwork see the danger presented in this debate, and must move the window in their direction by arguing for yet More Restrictive Measures to be applied to what you may, and may not, say.  Cardinal Dolan is not demanding tolerance for those who Draw Pictures of Mohammed… he is lobbying for the Ability to Quash those who would provoke the Catholic Church.  And, amusingly, the very Leftist ‘artists’ who were insulting The Church just yesterday are siding with Dolan today.  It’s not because they are ignorant… well, they clearly are… but rather because what’s at risk here is control over what you say.

This event is allowing us a rare glimpse into the hearts and minds of those we might otherwise trust. Real time.

It is serving to flush out those talking heads, and ideological Icons, who profess to be, but in reality are not, excited about adhering to the Constitution of the United States and The Bill of Rights.

I believe these are the most dangerous among us… as they hide behind words we agree with, but their actions serve to undermine our Freedoms.  They support only the speech they agree with, and fight only the battles that have no meaningful outcome in regard to protecting our Freedom and Liberty.

If you decide to pay attention to this story, you may be surprised by who comes to the defense of Pamela Geller… and more importantly… Who does Not.

Pamela Geller is offensive to those on the Left not because she is provoking Islam, but exactly because she is attacking the gains the Left has made in Controlling Speech.

And for that… she must be destroyed.

In this upside down world,

It demands Progressive Liberals argue against the very provocative tactics the they have used for decades to push their Democratic Socialist agenda Forward!

It also serves to reveal the true faces of those who would otherwise hide behind the Labels of ‘Conservative’ and ‘Republican’.

Iomazenil anyone?

OK. Yes, I’m straying dangerously away from the reservation on this one. No, I have yet to begin drinking… “yet” is operative. Soon… very soon…
Typically I dismiss reported “increases” of tragic events such as small aircraft accidents and shark attacks. Usually the only increased occurence is that some editor decided to give a story prominence and subsequently other news room editors follow suit for a number of days or weeks… simply reporting what otherwise would go unnoticed.
However, I feel differently in regard to the second member of a flight crew “flipping out”. This event would never go unnoticed and given the proximity in time I find it more than a coincidence.
I’m going to float a very unqualified theory. We, as the rest of the world, have been experimenting with pro-psychotic drugs for years. This has been done for various reasons… some savory, some un-savory.  Iomazenil is one of a number of such drugs.
The questions I will pose are; If you want to bring down airplanes and can’t get aboard anymore, how would you do it? How do you get into a locked cockpit? How do you create terror on an airplane that cannot be detected quickly and stopped?
Drug the flight crew.
The drug would have to be slow acting and turn an otherwise trustworthy individual into a psychotic mess. The terrorist would have to have access to the crew at a time that they would be consuming something… anything… that such a drug (in an appropriate dosage) could be administered without them being aware of it.
The flight would need to be long enough to allow the drug time to take effect.
Iomazenil, or something in this class could be the answer. The below link will take you to a study utilizing Iomazenil.

While Iomazenil seems to only affect those pre-disposed to schizophrenia, who knows what it could do in higher doses or for that matter to those individuals who might have a very mild pre-disposition diagnosed as something else like Bi-Polar disorder or Depression.
Could this be a new approach by the bad actors?
OK doc’s… I know you are out there and I’m ready for you all to let me have it. Given that this is not my area of expertise… or anywhere close to it… I welcome you all calling me crazy – just tell me why.
If I were in charge of the investigations I might be interested in tox-screens to start, and then tracing back the crews immediate where-abouts prior to the flight. I would also be interested in other members of the crew as Iomazenil apparently has little or no effect on those without some type/level of schizophrenia. In other words they may have also been dosed with no ill effect.
Keep in mind, this is only for “fun” as I have very little understanding of these things… so this could all be creative writing.  Probably way too many spy novels!

Typhoid Fever

General Information

Typhoid fever is a life-threatening illness caused by the bacterium Salmonella Typhi. In the United States, it is estimated that approximately 5,700 cases occur annually.  Most cases (up to 75%) are acquired while traveling internationally. Typhoid fever is still common in the developing world, where it affects about 21.5 million persons each year.

Typhoid fever can be prevented and can usually be treated with antibiotics. If you are planning to travel outside the United States, you should know about typhoid fever and what steps you can take to protect yourself.

How is typhoid fever spread?

Salmonella Typhi lives only in humans. Persons with typhoid fever carry the bacteria in their bloodstream and intestinal tract. In addition, a small number of persons, called carriers, recover from typhoid fever but continue to carry the bacteria. Both ill persons and carriers shed Salmonella Typhi in their feces (stool).

You can get typhoid fever if you eat food or drink beverages that have been handled by a person who is shedding Salmonella Typhi or if sewage contaminated with Salmonella Typhi bacteria gets into the water you use for drinking or washing food. Therefore, typhoid fever is more common in areas of the world where handwashing is less frequent and water is likely to be contaminated with sewage.

Once Salmonella Typhi bacteria are eaten or drunk, they multiply and spread into the bloodstream. The body reacts with fever and other signs and symptoms.

Where in the world do you get typhoid fever?

Typhoid fever is common in most parts of the world except in industrialized regions such as the United States, Canada, western Europe, Australia, and Japan. Therefore, if you are traveling to the developing world, you should consider taking precautions. Over the past 10 years, travelers from the United States to Asia, Africa, and Latin America have been especially at risk.

How can you avoid typhoid fever?

Two basic actions can protect you from typhoid fever:

1. Avoid risky foods and drinks.
2. Get vaccinated against typhoid fever.

It may surprise you, but watching what you eat and drink when you travel is as important as being vaccinated. This is because the vaccines are not completely effective. Avoiding risky foods will also help protect you from other illnesses, including travelers’ diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, and hepatitis A.

“Boil it, cook it, peel it, or forget it”

• If you drink water, buy it bottled or bring it to a rolling boil for 1 minute before you drink it. Bottled carbonated water is safer than uncarbonated water.
• Ask for drinks without ice unless the ice is made from bottled or boiled water. Avoid popsicles and flavored ices that may have been made with contaminated water.
• Eat foods that have been thoroughly cooked and that are still hot and steaming.
• Avoid raw vegetables and fruits that cannot be peeled. Vegetables like lettuce are easily contaminated and are very hard to wash well.
• When you eat raw fruit or vegetables that can be peeled, peel them yourself. (Wash your hands with soap first.) Do not eat the peelings.
• Avoid foods and beverages from street vendors. It is difficult for food to be kept clean on the street, and many travelers get sick from food bought from street vendors.

Getting vaccinated

If you are traveling to a country where typhoid is common, you should consider being vaccinated against typhoid. Visit a doctor or travel clinic to discuss your vaccination options.

Remember that you will need to complete your vaccination at least 1-2 weeks (dependent upon vaccine type) before you travel so that the vaccine has time to take effect. Typhoid vaccines lose effectiveness after several years; if you were vaccinated in the past, check with your doctor to see if it is time for a booster vaccination. Taking antibiotics will not prevent typhoid fever; they only help treat it.

What are the signs and symptoms of typhoid fever?

Persons with typhoid fever usually have a sustained fever as high as 103° to 104° F (39° to 40° C). They may also feel weak, or have stomach pains, headache, or loss of appetite. In some cases, patients have a rash of flat, rose-colored spots. The only way to know for sure if an illness is typhoid fever is to have samples of stool or blood tested for the presence of Salmonella Typhi.

What do you do if you think you have typhoid fever?

If you have a high fever and feel very ill, see a doctor immediately. If you are traveling in a foreign country, you can usually call the U.S. consulate for a list of recommended doctors.

Typhoid fever is treated with antibiotics. Resistance to multiple antibiotics is increasing among Salmonella that cause typhoid fever. Reduced susceptibility to fluoroquinolones (e.g., ciprofloxacin) and the emergence of multidrug-resistance has complicated treatment of infections, especially those acquired in South Asia. Antibiotic susceptibility testing may help guide appropriate therapy. Choices for antibiotic therapy include fluoroquinolones (for susceptible infections), ceftriaxone, and azithromycin. Persons who do not get treatment may continue to have fever for weeks or months, and as many as 20% may die from complications of the infection.

Typhoid fever’s danger doesn’t end when symptoms disappear

Even if your symptoms seem to go away, you may still be carrying Salmonella Typhi. If so, the illness could return, or you could pass the disease to other people. In fact, if you work at a job where you handle food or care for small children, you may be barred legally from going back to work until a doctor has determined that you no longer carry any typhoid bacteria.

If you are being treated for typhoid fever, it is important to do the following:

Keep taking the prescribed antibiotics for as long as the doctor has asked you to take them.

Wash your hands carefully with soap and water after using the bathroom, and do not prepare or serve food for other people. This will lower the chance that you will pass the infection on to someone else.

Have your doctor perform a series of stool cultures to ensure that no Salmonella Typhi bacteria remain in your body.

Sure your concern about open borders and sophomoric screening of those few who come here legally is based entirely on your health.

Sure you could be so self-centered as to think Rapidly Fatal Diseases flooding into our Country and infecting your children is not a good idea.

And sure you might believe that the access of those who could be infected with such Diseases should be Extremely Limited, if not Halted, until we can get a handle on how we’re going to address these demonstrably Life Destroying Microbes.

And… when you go to the voting booth in few weeks to re-elect your favorite Democrat or Select Republican, who cares more about everything just like you, you should feel good because it was Your Guy who refused to secure the borders as a Demonstration of Their Tolerance and Love of All People … and it was the same Group who currently considers asking individuals coming into the United States from Countries infected with these diseases “Do you have Ebola?” to be ‘highly effective screening measures’ insured to protect you.  Plus, lest you forget, Their Liberal Progressive brilliance Forced Obama Care upon all of us, so now your Insurance Company has had to raise their rates, as well as their deductibles, and or leave your state altogether.  Oh, and you have a new Doctor… who you don’t know… and you can’t get in to see.

Nothing supports sound sleep like knowing the people you support are the Smartest People in the Room… just like you.  And They’re telling you not to worry.

Therefore… You’re not worried.

Because… you recognize Any other behavior would just illustrate an innate bigotry.  This is especially true if you’re White.  Because White People are born that way.  White Devils.

Could They just be having a little Fun?

Is it possible that the Terrorist A-Holes are having a little fun with the United States?

The latest alert the public has been given which basically states “There could be a Terrorist attack, Somewhere at Sometime… we think, because they sure are talking a lot.” is as absurd as it sounds.

Of course there could be a Terrorist attack somewhere at sometime. This is always the case.

This Administration is desperately trying to tie the Domestic Spying Program together with our spying efforts abroad.

They are not connected.

They want you to believe terminating one spells doom for the entire program.

It does not.

The fact that having supercomputers read, and listen, to every electronic communication made by Innocent Americans is unconstitutional seems to escape far to many us. The added fact that all of your communications are being archived, just in case the Government decides you’ve done something wrong (like voting for the wrong party?  Not donating enough to the right one?  Saying something out loud which is just mean?  Starting a group that teaches people about the Constitution… oh, wait… they’re already doping that.) also seems to lack the frightening impact it should have.

Now we are learning that practically every agency has used this information.

It is being received with yawns…  and trial coverage of people who deserve nothing more than being ignored and forgotten, guilty or innocent.

This is just a thought piece.

I simply can’t explain how we have gone from proper outrage at such a discovery to acceptance to acquiescence in a few short weeks.

Scary… all of it.

Sometimes wisdom comes from the strangest people.

Chris Mathews, MSNBC’s Johnny Walker Black Swigging Bag Lady, said something in an interview that struck me as relevant. (For full disclosure I grew up watching Chris Mathews and even knew of him in his Tip O’Neill days. When I call the Irish Carnival Barker an Old Drunken Bag Lady resembling your mothers forgotten leather purse, I mean it in the nicest possible way. In deference to Kevin Bacon, there is a single degree of separation between us… But I digress.)

Here’s Matthews statement regarding the motive behind the Marathon Bombing:

MATTHEWS: Why is that important? Why is that important to — is that important to prosecuting? I mean, what difference does it make why they did it if they did it? I’m being tough here. But I don’t know whether, when you look at all this evidence —

While some may draw a connection between Hillary’s now famous dismay regarding anyone having an interest in why our Ambassador and his security team were assassinated in Benghazi, Matthews was not trying to deflect responsibility. He had nothing to do with the two Islamo-Fascist Terrorists who blew up the Boston Marathon.  (As far as we know…)

Instead Matthews is stepping directly into a debate he would rather avoid if he were ever sober enough to realize it.  No worries…

Matthews “…what difference does it make why they did it if they did it?” question is the basis for all “Hate Crimes” legislation found in the country.  Every bit of it.

I happen to agree with Chris… but I am also a drunk.  I just iron my clothes.

Chris, it makes NO difference in regard to the prosecution of this suspect.  (For those late to the game, there is a jurisdictional argument which an international connection would affect.  There is also the Obama Administration’s desire to perpetuate an idea that “International Terrorism” has not touched our shores since he has been President… which, of course, would require you to ignore Fort Hood, The Times Square Bombing attempt, The Boston Marathon Bombing and many more we don’t even know about.)

So yes Chris, your right!  Even a Broken Drunk tells the truth twice a day.

And, you would be right to say it doesn’t matter why one person kills another.  It doesn’t matter if they were killed because they were White, Black, Gay, Straight, Fat, Purple etc.

Yet… it does.

While Intellectual Consistency, otherwise known as “honesty”, would see Chris at the front of the parade to dismantle Hate Crimes Legislation, don’t hold your alcohol.

Intellectual Inconsistency is required to be a Liberal, Progressive, Socialist Democrat.  (This is a fact, not an insult.  Although…)

If it was not for “pragmatism”, as determined by any Liberal’s momentary definition of “fairness”, the entire Progressive Socialist Governing Theory would collapse.

In the end, understanding who these people are and how they think makes for entertaining, if not educational, news… that is, when you can keep from crying in your beer while watching it.
