Hannity is an Idiot!

(Update: Weiner was soundly defeated.)

Or is he?

For full disclosure, I’m not what one could consider a huge Hannity fan.

I don’t hate him, I don’t love him.

For me he’s the rice pilaf on the side of my opinion plate.  I might take a bite once in a while but most of the time I leave it untouched.

However, this morning Sean Hannity is receiving a hefty amount of grief after having Sydney Leathers on his show.

And it seems those most appalled feel he should have been extra mean to her. The lament goes like this: “How can a good Conservative have such a trollop on his show and be so nice?”

So Why would he do this?

Because giving Sydney Leathers a stage upon which to dance is…. Brilliant!

Simply having Ms. Leathers on air, visible and painfully vibrant, is exactly the antidote One needs for a Giant Weiner that won’t go away.

Sean does not have to condemn the 6’3″ Dick for anything… just let Ms. Leathers talk and the work is done.

Why is that all it takes?

Because the story is now one we are all familiar with due to having it shoved in our face, again, by the NYC Sext Maniac.

Being Nice to Sydney in a public forum kicks Carlos in his Cojones, repeatedly.

In the end, Miss Leathers has become a promotional manager for the Poster Child of “New Age Flasher’s” who would be mayor.

I bet Sean will continue doing New York a favor by having Sydney on several more times between now and the election, and being nice.  Assuming, of course, a new Sydney doesn’t present herself for all to see.

And don’t think for one second Hannity is the only one who knows how to handle Weiner….

Uh-Oh…

Could it be that the CIA was involved in investigating journalists who said mean things about the current Administration?

The official response of “outrageous and baseless” leads me to believe… yes.

But why would I believe such a thing?

On what would I Base my assertion on?

Because we know it would be Outrageous if:

The IRS used its authority to intimidate groups the Administration disagrees with.

The DEA was using information gleaned from Domestic Spying on Innocent American’s.

The NSA was conducting the Domestic Spying program collecting information on Innocent Americans to be kept forever.

The CIA was selling Missiles to the Syrians and running them through Benghazi only to lose track of them.

The DOJ investigated Journalists.

The BATFE was up-arming Mexican Drug Cartels who then killed hundreds of innocent Mexican’s and American Law Enforcement Officers.

The Executive Branch was illegally writing Law and then furthering the illegality by providing immunity from those Laws to Unions and Government Employees.

The Federal Reserve was printing money faster than history has ever witnessed and then using it to buy Bonds.

The Very Senator and Congressman who caused the Real Estate Collapse escaped Imprisonment and, astonishingly, wrote legislation to “solve” the problem they created.

The Defense Department was being run by a Civilian Presidential Advisor whose decisions have thus far lead to the death of an Ambassador.

The TSA started showing up at Sporting Events to grope spectators when taking a break from Stealing Stuff out of your suitcase.

The DHS was advertising how to gain access to the United States without being a Citizen then allowing those who came to roam freely.

The Local Police were being Militarized with Federal Assistance.

The Democrat Party suddenly found Sexual Harassment to be offensive.

The list goes on, but my fingers are tired…

I Agree, it would be Outrageous.

However, Baseless?

We’ll see.

There’s guaranteed to be more yet to come, all brought to you by a group of people who find a 5% reduction in the Growth of Spending “Draconian”, Socialized Medicine “A Right”, the Constitution “Limiting” and the Second Amendment “Outdated”.

It’s becoming difficult to find anything NOT to believe anymore.

Why are Unions so Interested in the Minimum Wage when none of the Union Member work for it?

This is one of those issues that not politician will touch.  Luckily for us, I’m no politician.

So is it about a “living wage“?  Union members make FAR more than any living wage law would provide already.

Is it about being “fair” to illegal aliens who come here to work?  Union Members are not concerned about being fair to those who “steal” their jobs.

OK, so it must be about something important to the Unions… Right?

You read that right… Nansi Pelosi’s long time colleague, and co-founder of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, Bob Filner is getting the “All Red” treatment.

Bob, I might suggest quietly leaving the Mayor’s office.

You can always get a job with the TSA.

You’re clearly experienced, and certainly qualified….

And, lot’s of pretty women come and go through Lindberg Field.

Oh, and not that you care, but there are also flight benefits.

Apparently it’s no longer a laugh line from Monty Python’s Holy Grail.

According to our Attorney General, Eric Holder, it’s “your duty” to retreat when threatened.

Your Duty… to Run Away.

Please take a moment and think about this.

Our Attorney General, who is the legal mouthpiece for the President of the United States, has stated in no uncertain terms that you must retreat when threatened by anyone wishing to do you harm.  And make no mistake… taking your stuff, threatening your well-being, or both, is “doing you harm”.

According to Mr. Holder, you are obligated to give that person, or persons, whatever they want if they demand it.  Could be your Wedding Ring, could be your child, could be your body.

You have no right to protect yourself, or your property, if another individual is willing to harm you.

Sounds to me like it’s “Open Season” on all of us who are not inclined to break the law.  Sounds like a Thug empowerment seminar.  Sounds like pandering for the criminal vote.

The only legitimacy this idea enjoys is born out of the concept that we should leave such matters to the police (the government).  It is a flawed idea.

I respect the police.  It is a difficult and dangerous job.

However, the police are the SECOND line of defense against crime.  They exist to catch criminals AFTER they have committed the crime… as it should be.

YOU are the FIRST line of defense… as it should be.

Why is this?

Because you do not… do not… do not… want to live in a country where there is a police officer on every corner.  These places exist, and judging by the numbers, you don’t even choose to vacation there.

So, this leaves YOU.  And surprisingly unknown to our current leaders, our country was designed that way.  The responsibility to defend ourselves is integral to our freedom and liberty.  In fact, our ability to defend ourselves, and our property, is considered an inalienable right.  Does that phrase sound familiar?  It should.

As you age, and pay attention, it becomes disconcerting when you realize the level of ignorance some of us find acceptable in our leaders.

Or is it ignorance?

Could it be they know exactly what they are saying?

If so, does that make you feel better?

Short Attention Span

I’ve already forgotten:

We’re bankrupt.
We’re printing money, and paying bills with it, because we don’t have any.
We’re playing with the unemployment numbers and the best we can do is call it “crappy” where it was once called “criminal”.
We’ve Socialized Medicine and it’s costing all of us more money than ever before… but Socialism always works, so no problem.
We’ve sent Assault Rifles to Mexican Drug Cartels and it’s OK.
We have a new “unspoken” policy of allowing our Diplomats overseas to be Murdered.
We have completely given up all Rights to Privacy and apparently condone the NSA spying on us.
We believe the IRS should be able to target Americans based on their political beliefs.
We agree that we need a Domestic Military, called DHS, designed to apply force within our borders.
We enjoy being groped at the airport by the individuals who could not qualify to be police officers.
We continue to believe the housing market collapse was caused by “greedy” banks.
We think there are still people starving in the United States while facing an Obesity Epidemic.
We’ve decided that what used to be called welfare is actually an earned benefit.
We think a consensus is an appropriate replacement for the scientific method.

We believe it when our politicians tell us they will do something.
