Flash: Joe Biden schedules another White House Press Conference for 2pm afternoon 10/21/15

Joe Biden will announce at 2pm EST, in the White House Rose Garden, that he will not be seeing Star Wars – The Force Awakens on opening night.

It is expected the news conference will last approximately 90 minutes and the Vice President will be accompanied by President Obama.

All News Networks are expected to break into scheduled programming to cover.

Administration officials are leaving the possibility open that the Vice President will list other things He Will Not Do.

An unnamed New York Times Reporter is suggesting this may be the Single Most Important Address from the White House in recent memory.
