Slowly Progressivism has cemented its poisonous hold over our minds with the appeal of Vanity, Ego and Envy.

So desirous are we to appear benevolent, feel superior and make everything fair according to our personal wants and needs…

We have turned to the Dark Side.

We are seeing the undeniable manifestation of this in Germany as I tap this out.

Like an old comfortable pair of shoes… German National Socialists are rallying across their land.

When we, here in the only country on Earth to be founded on the Supremacy of Individual Freedom, have embraced the ‘kinder, gentler’ Socialist Immorality within our own Government…

It was just a matter of time.

When you embolden a Great Evil through your passive acceptance,

When you give credence to the poisonous idea of Communal Responsibility,

When you sustain your power by creating groups of Idle Offended Dependents,

How can there be any surprise?

Socialism is not to be ‘considered’, it is to be defeated.

Like a never-ending election season treadmill, out come the issues that divide us but never get solved…

Discrimination is a Big One.

Look Folks, In a Free World we must all have a right to Discriminate. And with that comes our Protected Right to Point Out those Crappy A-Holes so devoid of accomplishment that they must find Personal Characteristics none of us are Responsible for and Discriminate against us on that basis… so they can feel better about themselves.

Frankly, I want to know who these people are.

I Do Not want them hiding in the Shadows.  Do You?

I want to be able to craft my decision-making with full knowledge of Who these people are, and expose where these people work. This way I can avoid them… while suggesting to my friends that they might consider doing the same.

I would also promote News organizations doing their jobs again, and applying scrutiny to these people, and their businesses as well.

This would allow LOTS of folks to make informed decisions.

Instead, this problem suffers from ridiculous attempts to Legislate Behavior and results in an erosion of our individual rights as a whole, drip by drip.

Once you accept the premise that only ‘some’ freedoms are ‘allowable’, you’ve lost the Inalienable Right to All of Your Freedoms. And by default, control over you is gradually handed over to those in Power.

Once you have conceded your ‘rights’ come from Man and thus can be taken away by Man, then the race begins to become the Man in charge of handing them out and more importantly… taking them away.

This is our Reality, and it is how we are all Manipulated to do the bidding of, and send money to, People Who have No Business Running Things, let alone telling us what to do.  We promote our own march to Slavery, whether we realize it or not.  I’m guessing most of us fall into the ‘not’ category.

So…

Starbucks would like to meet you for Coffee and have a chat about Race.

While I have little to add to what is already being said about this, there is one aspect being overlooked.

Only Racists are so consumed with Race that they feel the need to talk about it as if it matters.

We are all Individuals.  Single Human Beings.  At the moment of creation we are all Equal… after that moment, all bets are off.  What happens after that rests largely on what We Choose to do with our lives seasoned with a bit of Luck often favoring the prepared.

Time to accept this and move on.

Believing in Equality, or Fairness, of Outcome leads only to disenchantment… nothing else… ever…  The Universe does not recognize either concept. Equality or Fairness, nor does it care about your perceived slights, advantages or disadvantages.

The Best we can do as Individual Humans is seek Equality before the Law… Equality for INDIVIDUALS, Not specific Races, Religions or the Myriad Genders we suddenly seem to have discovered.

Anything else is the purview of Envy…

The concept of “Fair” is poisonous, and allowing it to permeate your thoughts will only lead to perpetual disappointment.

I will end this with a promise.

If any Barista at Starbucks, raised on institutionalized “check the box” racism*, attempts to place a racist hashtag, be it #racetogether, #killwhitey or #nazisarecool, I will ask them to put my beverage into another cup.  And while they’re doing that, I will explain to them…

Only Racists are Obsessed with Race.

All of this is built of foundations of sand.  And this is what we get from Coffee shops peddling burnt coffee.

It’s always about appearing to care… not actually caring.  This makes it easy because you really don’t have to think much to look like you give a crap.  IN other words, they get to Scribble some racist nonsense on my overpriced coffee and feel good about themselves… while never having to make an effort to think about what they’re doing.

*Check the box Racism is sadly practiced throughout our country.  You are prompted, and expected, to declare your race on every form and application from Insurance and Banking to Education.  How do you convincingly convey that Race does not Matter when it so evidently does.

 

Crappy People

Let’s have an open, honest, discussion about Crappy People.

I’m not talking about kinda crappy. We all have moments that we look back and think, wow was I crappy just then.  So slipping in and out of crappiness once in a while is OK.  I want to talk about the hard-core crappy.  These are the best of the best at crappiness… the 1% that the occupy types should be protesting.  These include but are not limited to Racists, Homophobes, Thieves, People who park their cart right in the middle of the aisle at Costco… the REAL crappy ones.

The reality associated with Crappy People is that they are being born right now as I tap this out.  Crappy will never go away.  They have always been with us and always will be… regardless of some law we pass or how much we teach our kids to “love” one another instead of math and science in our government schools.  But let me ask a question…

But… Who do these craptastic asshats really hurt?

My experience is they typically remove themselves from the rest of us except during the holidays when they celebrate the ritual of walking very slowly, arm-in-arm, four across at the mall.  (They also scream when they see their compatriots and immediately stop to exchange… pleasantries? recipes? STD’s? while they make sure to block as much of the walk-way as possible.)  If we are on our game we can usually spot these folks (look for the universe revolving around them) and steer clear.  If we’re off our game, we must hope that we remembered to take our sedative prior to venturing out that day.  Personally, I keep a 1.75 liter of Bourbon inside my coat.  I’ve only run out twice.

In the end however, these are not the worst of the worst…

It’s the sneaky ones like the racists, or nationalists and elitists that catch us by surprise.  This has been such a problem to get our minds around we have created laws to “prevent” some of these people from bothering us.  (We haven’t got around to the Elitists yet but I’m working on it just out of “fairness”.) I’ve never understood how you can make a law that changes the way people think, but I’m not the sharpest bowling ball in the deck.  The question remains as to how much damage can these clowns do?

Let’s say, that a really Crappy Race Hater refuses to hire a…  Insert race, religion, sex etc. of your choice.  My choice is, Canadian…  (they’re the worst don’t ya know?).  Our Crappy Race Hater doesn’t speak Canadian and hates all things not quite French and not quite English.  So… this poor chap from Canada is an extremely talented engineer, brilliant even, but doesn’t get the job.  Our race hater instead hires, say, someone like me.  I happened to be sober the day of the interview and I’m not Canadian.  (You can tell by the way I look.) I also couldn’t engineer my way out of a paper bag, but he never asked me.  What more could you want, right?  So who has our CRH hurt?  Only Himself.

My point is that the genuinely Crappy People out there make their own lives terribly difficult without any effort on our part.  These people think the entire world sucks and is out to get them… and they are right but not for the reasons they think.  The truth is the entire world is awesome and we are all out to avoid them.  So.. If you suck you will lose out on the best opportunities and ultimately be avoided by those who don’t suck.  You’ll be resigned to speeding up when I turn on my turn signal because that’s all the power you have left.  You’ll use the word “fair” a lot and talk about how everything is rigged by the “rich” which really means everyone who has something you want.

I advocate giving these idiots a platform for their ideas and musings.  Once they are actually heard, and see the response, they almost always pick up and move to remote areas of Idaho.  Perfect.  I rarely drive, shop or look for work in Idaho.

The Dog Whistles of the Democrat Party

The most insidious form of Hatred is the kind that thrives just below the surface. It festers just under the skin, while those it infects look us straight in the eye and direct the accusatory finger of indictment at all but themselves. It clearly permeates the entire elitist class that panders for your vote every two years. It is sadly alive and well…

… in The Party of Slavery… the party of Bull Conner… the Party behind the hoses, the beatings and the once accepted old south morality of overt discrimination condemning fellow human beings to the back of the bus or often Far, Far, worse. The party of Tyrannical Oppression.  In the Democrat Party, where it has been hiding like a lesser Demon for over a hundred years.

It strikes me in the most horrible way that we are witnessing modern Democrats exhibiting their deep seeded Racism by Criticizing a man whose accomplishments are nothing less than amazing.  Barack Obama worked tirelessly for decades in the Illinois State Senate.  A truly amazing man who earned a Nobel Peace Prize.  The very man who has made Health Care Affordable for All!  A single, principled man who persevered the trials of arguably the most Racist Country on planet Earth now has to face those whom he trusted showing their true colors as the rancid bigots from a time best left far behind us.

I’m not just talking about Democrats such as Mark Begich in Alaska or Alison Grimes in Kentucky…

I’m not speaking about Senate Majority Leader, Democrat, Harry Reid being fascinated that a Black man can be “Clean” and “Articulate”…

Or even the betrayal of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and CIA Director Leon Panetta severely criticizing the President just weeks after they have left his inner circle of trust…

I’m talking about all of those Democrats who now see a Great Man as nothing more than an object whose intrinsic value is determined only by how he might forward their selfish aims.  A Man whose Achievements, I remind you, those very politicians supported with full voice for Years.  Years!

However, Now that this man is no longer needed, he is cast out like a tool they used to only further their sick, greedy self-interests.  The Democrats in question cannot even bear to profess they once voted for this Great Man.  When his usefulness is through, they abandon him.  But hasn’t that been hundreds of years of history?  He is being treated as something… something… slightly less than Human.

One does not need a Dog Whistle… as this betrayal can have only one Evil Root… only one Sad Motivation.

One does not need signs above the water fountain.

One does not need Code Words…

…to see the soft Hatred Harbored in these Liberal Hearts.

No.

It is without question because…

Barack Obama is Black.

And these Democrats are saying it loudly and clearly.

Or rather… refusing to say it at all.

 

Once Upon a Time a Racist…

… was a person who believed an Individual’s Skin Color determined their value.  It was very simple.  This person thought One Race was superior and others inferior.  Not surprisingly those who held that belief were almost always of the Race they held to be Superior…

I continue to subscribe to this definition.

However, Now We are being told that a Racist is a person who believes they should be secure in their property and does not think Politicians should be granted the Power to Spread the Wealth Around while defining who is ‘wealthy’ and who is not.  Thus a Racist is a person who feels they should be allowed to keep what they earn.

A Racist also seems to be a person who finds Socialism to be destructive, repugnant and poisonous requiring them to fight against it where ever it presents itself. A person who believes that all people should be judged by the content of their character.  A person who believes there should be no boxes to check on Employment applications, Medical paperwork and Census forms declaring something you had absolutely nothing to do with.  A person who thinks a persons ability, and only their ability, should be used to determine access to Universities, Colleges and Jobs.  A person who knows down deep that preferential treatment based on Color was what we have been told we should be fighting against, and believes it.

A Racist is now being positioned as any Anglo… or, oddly enough Asian… who disagrees with anyone else “of color”.  Because “disagreement” is now offensive.  And someone, somewhere, found a Right not to be offended.

The War on Words apparently needs a hash-tag campaign.

This leaves us with a very large Question hanging out there desperately needing to be asked…

“Why?”

Sadly, there is an equally short answer.

“Power.”

And there is another one,

“Money.”

The ability to stifle Rational Debate and Reasoned Discussion… except for that which you agree… is Priceless.

And the Taxpayer money associated with being considered a “minority group” as determined by the latest Census numbers and estimates is Huge.  So large, in fact, that some Individuals have built Empires on this Redistribution of Wealth.  The idea such income could, or should, ever be discontinued cannot be tolerated.  And it’s not.

So, brand new definitions of a Racist are demanded in order to head off such discussion and preserve the Money, and Power, associated with Institutionalized Victimhood.

Here we are.

With no one to blame.

We have allowed this phenomena to exist… we have Nurtured it.

We allow weak-minded Statists to yell Racist then run away when the discussion does not go the way they want it to.  And, predictably, this happens far too often.

I offer it’s time to return to the “Old” definition of Racist.  The correct one.

I also offer it’s time to stop allowing others to determine what is acceptable discussion and what is not.  That behavior is not what this Country was founded Upon, but we have wandered far, far away from what this country was Founded Upon.  What better time to stop the wandering but right now, this second.

I finally offer that all of our politicians need to return to protecting all of us as Individuals.  If they can’t scrub the term “minority” out of their lexicon then they should be reminded that the Individual is the Ultimate Minority, there can be no reasoned debate about it.  Considering 100% of the Democrat Party and well over 80% of the Republican party Fail to see their responsibility to represent us as Individuals is a sad, sorry, indictment of our current Government.  When “Party Politics” of both sides see everyone as groups instead of embracing the Universal message of Individual Liberty, Freedom and right to Property all protected by a Seriously Limited Government, we must become extremely concerned.

When politicians are more concerned about protecting Government from Us rather than Us from Government… we are in very serious trouble.

No one wants to believe it’s actually happening right in front of them.  Well, it’s happening right in front of you.

We are in very serious trouble.

But remember, at the end of the day it is Our Fault.  We did this. You and Me.

And only We can stop it.

The truly Enlightened will start embracing each other as Individuals.  They will not give credit, nor discount, another person based on where they were born or what color their skin is… or what their parents did.  To do so is absurd, ignorant and serves only to oppress.

You are not your Race.

You are not your Gender.

You are not your Sexuality.

You are what you Do, and nothing more.

Find comfort in your singularity.

The primary questions you should be asking is “Why?”

and, “Who benefits?”

If bigotry is so prolific, why go to such lengths to Make It Up?

Why is it so important for certain groups to believe they’re Hated?

Is there Power in convincing these groups this is true?

What is a civil rights violation?

In Oregon they have decided that denying a homosexual couple a wedding cake is a civil rights violation… in other words, forcing one individual to bake a cake for another individual is not a civil rights violation, according to this ruling.

Whose rights are being violated?  Or are Rights reserved only to Groups of People?

Recently a similar event surrounding wedding photo’s, taking place in New Mexico, perpetuates this line of thinking.  I’m sure there are more.

This should be a pretty simple, straight forward, problem to address.

If you want to refuse service to anyone, you can.  Why?  Because it is your right…. at least it should be.

But here’s the rub…

You then should have to endure my showing up outside of your establishment with camera’s and as much attention as I can muster.  Because it’s my right to condemn your behavior.  Publically.

This is how a Free society handles things.  But we have wandered far from a Free society.

So, If you want to be a bigot… discriminatory… racist… an a-hole… whatever… fine.  Look for massive amounts of attention focused upon you.  At least that’s what should happen.  So why doesn’t it?  What happened to not just ours’ but the media’s responsibility to shine sunlight on behavior that discriminates against the individual?

It has long been my assertion that news media is lazy… and biased.  The reason I say this is politicians regularly get away with abuses of power, unless they subscribe to anything resembling an ideology the press disagrees with, in todays day and age it happens to be Personal Responsibility associated with Individual Liberty and Freedom.

When U.S. Citizens are subjected to violations of their civil rights, in the above case being force to provide services to someone they wish not to, instead of the press bringing the power of sunlight upon the behavior being enough we are told we must seek Government Force.  Not to mention the press doesn’t want to have the expectation of performance to include a responsibility to address such problems.  Combine that with those among us who wish to control others embracing Government as being the only resort and you have the reason we are here today.

When WE stop correcting, addressing or at a minimum displaying actions that discriminate against the individual we abdicate our power to the state.  And it is impossible for the State to act in any way which “corrects” a problem that doesn’t diminish Individual Freedom and Liberty.  The State is FORCE.  And because of that, it should be avoided at ALL costs, not looked to as the Savior.

But we have been taught taking responsibility for our Freedom, Liberty and Safety is someone else’s job.  I know you have heard this… “The police are the First Responders” thus We the People are not supposed to confront criminals.  We are not supposed to confront bigots.  We are not supposed to confront racists.  We are told that our situation in life in someone else’s fault and by logical extension someone else’s responsibility.  We are programmed to believe Government is not just an answer, but Government is the only answer.

In the above case, the Press should have been the answer.  If this Cake Baker could have remained in business by refusing to Bake Cakes then, while a miracle, so be it.  But EVERYBODY should have known about it and it should never, never, never have arrived before a judge.  WE are the judge.  WE choose to not spend our money with a Cake Baker who, for whatever reason I don’t care, discriminates against individuals.

I Blame Us.  I Blame the Press.

As a result of our low expectations, desire not to get involved and abdication of our Personal Responsibilities to Government we have yet again lost an incremental amount of Freedom.

There isn’t much of it left.
