Force

An interesting question came up yesterday.

During a conversation with an associate I was asked to define Socialism.  And, then explain why I think it’s bad.

My response was, “Force.”.

The issue is not that Socialism is difficult to define but rather that so many people demonstrate the mindset through their actions while calling themselves various other things.  Socialists intentionally try to keep you, and themselves, confused… if they didn’t, you would see them for what they are.

It became clear during this conversation that a simple rule would be useful, because the left changes their names with regularity and impunity. The Socialists figured out long ago when people understand what they really stand for, those same people don’t like them. The solution was to keep calling themselves something different… often.

The evolution of names adds up to a long list, from stealing the term “Liberal” to using words like Progressive. You’ll find them labeling themselves Democrats, Moderates, Social Democrats, Republicans and even, hilariously, “No Labels”.  I prefer “Statists” because it lumps them all together… it’s easier for me as I have few brain cells remaining.

It becomes humorous when you think about it… how disliked must you be to have so many names?  Well, criminals do this everyday.  Count the times you’ve watched the news and the police are looking for a guy with fifteen different “AKA’s”?  Criminals, and Liberals, understand that a name follows you around and gets in the way of doing bad things.  Can’t have that.

So how do we identify these people?
The first question you should always ask yourself is… does this person advocate force to be used upon U.S. Citizens in order to achieve their desired goal?

An easy example of the above is:

Is the government forcing me to buy… a bible, a first edition of Audacity of Hope or health insurance?  If so, the person advocating the force is a Socialist.  It doesn’t matter what they call themselves.

And, the law used to force you to do so is Socialist in nature and therefore extra-constitutional.  (OK Lefties – Car insurance does not apply here as you are not forced to buy a car… and even if you choose to, as long as it resides on your private property (say a ranch) you are not forced to have insurance for it.)

If you’re still not sure, then the second question is; Does this person desire to use this force to “nudge” you to the ‘right’ decision, in other words quicker than you might have arrived there on your own…  This is done because the Leftist wielding the force already knows (believes) their answer is the right one and you’re too inept (Stupid) to make the correct decision on your own.

Some historic examples of this are skyrocketing gas prices forced upon us through Federal taxes, and a refusal to utilize our own natural resources, so we can get those cars that run on algae which we have all been dreaming about.  Or, forcing banks to lend you money even though you don’t have a job and you have a history of not paying your bills… this way you can have a house BEFORE you can afford it subsequently causing a GLOBAL financial meltdown.  (Thank you again Barney Frank and Chris Dodd.)

It doesn’t matter what the consequences are, because these people are Brilliant and full of only the best intentions… like forcing people to buy crappy fluorescent light bulbs from a company that donates millions of dollars to their campaign coffers.  Thank God we have such smart folks to take care of us stupid people…

It really is that simple, and this “force” rule can be applied hundreds of times a day. Now that you realize how this works, you’ll be amazed on how it changes the way you see the world. You will also be amazed at the change in how you view people you previously thought you agreed with.

So instead of allowing yourself to succumb to the intentionally confusing and overwhelming number of names and supposed “good intentions” the Left hides behind, you now have an easy way to identify them and their behaviors immediately and clearly even through their denials.  When applied, this rule will identify those Socialists on both sides of the aisle.

In contrast, Free-Market Capitalism requires no force.  None.  All it requires is you making the decision you think is best for you.  Rugged Individualism takes into account that we are all in this together, but it allows YOU to determine if coming together as a group towards a goal is the right thing for you to do… it does not allow for some other person to force you to ‘come together’ and accomplish a goal you disagree with but they think is super cool.

Make no mistake… there is a war going on.  It’s a battle between two very different governing theories… two very different Ideologies.

One is Collectivist in nature.  It’s a number of ideas that sound nice when said aloud but have a very long, sad history of oppression, poverty, death, destruction and failure.  It’s called Democratic Socialism. It’s Force.  The entirety of the Democrat Party, and many in the Republican Party promote this ideology through their actions while denying it to your face.  They work “around” the U.S. Constitution because it is anti-socialist by design.  They call it a “living, breathing document” or “outdated”.  Of course they do, it’s in the way.

The other theory is Enlightened and what this country was founded on.  It’s Liberty and Freedom of the Individual to choose.  It’s a Federal Government Limited by a Constitution.  It’s Free-Market Capitalism that protects not just the Individual, but the Economic health of all of us… together.  There are only a few politicians promoting this ideology but their numbers are increasing as the citizens begin to actively pay attention.  With the Education of the population in regard to these two theories the voters find their way.  Sadly, the contrast is no longer being taught in our Government School System and must be sought out.  But you are seeking it out… to the dismay of the Left.

What should be understood is these two ideologies are mutually exclusive.  Compromise has no place here.  The fact that we have tried to compromise ( link to: Bipartisanshitt) over the last 110-years is exactly what has brought us to the fiscal cliff.  We have strayed very far in deed from our original intent.

It’s time to admit it, double back, and find the right path before it’s too late.

(On the heels of President Obama’s final Speech to the U.N. this morning, 092016, and his plea to keep Socialist Administrators in charge of everything… combined with his factual observation that Capitalism has improved the lives of everyone world over only to later call it “Soulless”… I felt it necessary to put this up again.  The idea that we all become closer in a world that becomes smaller is inarguable.  But those Socialists that subscribe to Undisturbed Evolution being the brilliance of the Universe are the same people who cannot conceive of the same Social Evolution without their input and control, in other words their meddling and distortion while cementing permanent positions as Administrators.  It’s genuinely amazing to hear such Arrogance and Narcissism spoken out loud.  Frankly it’s the speech Obama should have given 8 years ago.  It’s what he really believes.  He’s Smarter than you… and you’re welcome.  The Truth is Unfettered Capitalism does not require their self-anointed brilliance.  It only requires all of us making decisions for ourselves in an ever shrinking world.  They know this, and they see no place for themselves in such an Undisturbed Evolution.  This morning’s speech is nothing more than a cry for relevance.  A cry for Global Institutionalization of the Aristocracy and its inherent nepotism.  It’s nothing more than the vapid Marxism that has attempted to salvage the elitist hold on power as the worlds Monarchies collapse.  It’s old, it’s tired and it remains as dangerous as ever in it’s oppression, death and destruction.  Global Socialism is a Poison… and we are being told to double the dose.)

A New, Much Needed, Diet for the American People…  not to address the obesity epidemic, but rather the Entitlement Epidemic.

This is not about our standing in the world…  this is about our standing with each other.

A watershed moment of growing up is when you suddenly realize you’re not nearly as special as you think you are.  Not only does the Universe not revolve around you… you find out the Universe doesn’t care about you at all.  And it should never be expected to.

This typically coincides with the realization that your parents are not as brilliant and infallible as you thought they were, pets come and go and nothing is free as someone somewhere is paying for it.  But far, far, too many of us never seem to grow up.  And this is a problem because those individuals pose as adults… doing adult things like raising children, buying stuff they can’t afford and voting.  All of these actions effect the rest of us, thus making it our problem.

It’s time for you, and you know who you are whether you want to admit it or not, to drink a full gallon of Humble Juice each and every day while reminding yourself you’re not entitled to anything.  Nothing.  Nobody “owes” you anything… Ever.  You are amazingly unique… just like EVERY other person that is ,or ever has been, alive.

Look in the mirror and repeat the following every morning…

“I am not entitled to a certain standard of living.  My desired standard of living is mine and mine alone.  Because of this, it is mine to support.  If I cannot maintain my desired standard of living it will fall on only my shoulders to answer any debts I accumulated and adjust accordingly my level of what is acceptable.  It is no one else’s problem unless I owe them money.

I am not Entitled to a Loan.  Nobody is obligated to hand me a bunch of money to go buy stuff.  It doesn’t matter what I want to buy… could be a house, could be a horse… it’s not my money and I don’t have a right to it.  When begging for a loan I will respect this fact.  I might bring along a shot of Humble Juice for that moment when I inevitably forget.

I am not entitled to the services of Doctors, Lawyers, Bankers, Farmers, Real Estate Agents, Cashiers, Waitresses, Sanitation Workers, Etc. Etc. Etc.  I pay for these… because they don’t “owe” me anything.

I am not entitled to a retirement provided by someone else, such as my family, the government (read: Taxpayers), my children, neighbors, employers, “Rich People” etc.  Note: Social Security is Bankrupt… it was a promise that could never be kept… and those who made it knew this… those collecting Social Security have, or will have, collected far more than they ever put in.  I don’t expect to see dime.

I am not entitled to have my stuff replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.  If I pay insurance, I have a contract with a business… not an entitlement.  If I didn’t pay for insurance… I have my savings.  If I have no savings… I have broken stuff.  I will think ahead and prepare for such possibilities.

I am not entitled to the love and devotion of my spouse, partner, dating chum… whatever.  This entitlement leads to some of the most unhealthy people on earth.  Symptoms of this misconception include but are not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Obesity, Isolation and the collateral damage to children, family and friends.

I am not entitled to my parents money… as a loan, gift, inheritance etc.  I will grow up!  It’s not my money.  I will earn my own money, then spend it as I see fit.  If I want to give it to my kids, then fine… if not, that’s fine too.  Any hurt feelings are the responsiblity of the person whose feelings are hurt.  No one has the right to force me to hand out my property to anyone.  If I do so, it will be by my choice.

Nobody is obligated to me.  Not my friends, associates, parents, children, neighbors, employees, employers, et al.  I enjoy helping others VOLUNTARILY… and I expect nothing in return.  If I get my feelings hurt it is because I expected something, and that’s my fault.  I will learn to get over it by not projecting my expectations onto others.

I will only receive the voluntary kindness of those who can tolerate me… and there will be precious few who will choose to do so.  And, that’s the way it goes.  Because of this, I appreciate those tolerant enough to be my friend… whatever flavor of friend that might be.

It is my responsibility to understand the decisions I make and take responsibility for the outcomes.  It is my responsibility because that is what is required to remain free.  My Liberty depends on it.

I will work every moment of my life to remind myself of this by choking down my personal gallon of Humble Juice each and every day.”  (In my case, chased with two fingers of single malt scotch.)

Why I, of all people, am Glad this crappy Health Care Bill did Not Pass.

I’m going to keep this simple.

1. This Bill was not a Repeal of Obama Care.
2. Weasel Leftist Republicans were ready to wash their hands of it claiming they delivered on what we demanded with their Yea vote.
3. There is no option but to do away with, destroy, demolish, crush, this Socialist Keystone completing the take-over of The United States. None. And this didn’t do it.
4. Weasel Republicans in general want to keep their ability to extort money from Insurance Companies in order for those companies to do business in their State. (If you’re unaware of this, it’s extraordinary.  Take a little time to look into it.)  Portability does away with that… as it should.  I’m pretty sure we have something called the Commerce Clause.  But I’m also pretty sure we only employ that to take away your personal liberties.
5. This “Disaster” is really a “Triumph”. Liberal Republicans must be outed, clearly identified, and replaced as quickly as possible… with worn out tools.

This defeat of a crappy bill doing nothing but providing cover for a bunch of Socialists hiding in the Republican Party is extremely valuable. We must now remember who these people are and replace them with fiscally conservative, but most importantly constitutionally originalist, Republicans who understand and embrace the Enlightenment Ideology our Founders crafted this country upon.

We have wandered far from our Founders creation.

Now is time for Big, Bold Moves returning us to the Freest Country on Earth.

That means getting Government Out of the Way and letting us, the free market, deal with it.

In a World of Compromise, some Men Don’t.

The Democrats (And Establishment RINO’s) want Any “Fix” that keeps Obama Care on the Books…

President Clinton is the latest to offer up a “fix” to Obama Care by suggesting the Current President should champion a change in the law to allow Citizens to keep their current Health Insurance if they like it. “Allow”…

“Allow” me to bypass the obvious question as to who do these people think they are to “Allow” me to do anything… and get to the bigger issue at hand.

The Destruction of the Health Insurance Companies is analogous to Cortez burning his ships when he landed on the New World.

(Realize, the Government may tolerate a few Health Insurance companies to exist so long as they can be completely controlled via regulations… the Fascist flavor of Socialism.  It is what We have “Allowed” these people to do in almost every Industry.  This brand of Fascism is why the EPA and OSHA exist.  Without these agencies Insurance Companies, not to mention Self Interest, would be the mechanism for spreading Best Practices.  Get the connection?  Do you suddenly see why “Big Insurance” is the enemy of the Left?  They represent competition to Big Government.  Therefore the Left believes They must be removed, or at a minimum diminished to the point of uselessness.  And we’re witnessing it happen as I tap this out.)

There is no, nor will there be, any “fix” to the complete and total destruction of the Health Insurance Industry we are watching before our eyes. The only solution to what is an ill-advised attempt of Government to wrest control over 1/6th of the Economy while once again removing all Free-Market Competition, Voluntary Exchange and your Right to Choose is a complete Repeal of this Disastrous Law.

Anything else is simply an effort to preserve the Big Government, aka Socialist, gains achieved during the first two years of Democrat Control over The United States.

Anything else is just buying time while you “Get Used” to Government telling you what you must do when it comes to purchasing Health Insurance.  Then what you eat, and drive, and activities you pass time doing etc.  Because it all has to do with your Health.  The only “fix” Liberals want when it comes to Health Care is enough time for you to get your mind right and accept that Government is the Answer.

But they Need you to scream for them to “Fix” it.  Which is why they all seem to be standing around watching the Health System Implode.  An Implosion they caused.  All they’re waiting for is for you to blame the Insurance Companies and beg Government to step in… with Single Payer or what is otherwise known as Government Run Health Care.

It has been the goal from the beginning.  It is still the goal.

And, Once the deed is done there can be no turning back.

Social Security was supposed to be a temporary Insurance Safety Net.  Temporary… But given enough time you folks began counting on it and decided it should be permanent.  So permanent in fact that the politicians took your cue and spent all the money collected for it on other things because they knew you would never let that stream of income to Government go away.  But they didn’t spend it on important things, things we could have done without.  They wasted it.  They allowed their friends to have it.  They squandered it.  Because who needs discipline when the money just keeps rolling in?  And You gave them permission.  You are Still giving them permission.

This is no different.

Don’t let this happen again.

Demand Complete Repeal!

When Democrats stand up and say “Republicans have never liked this law and just want to get rid of it!”, you should stand up and say “You’re Right!”  “We Warned You!”  “In Fact, We Warned You with Plenty of Time not to let this Happen in the First Place!”  “Are You Listening?”

All this was bad from the beginning and it needs to be done away with, not preserved with some “fix” created to placate you until you “see the light” and concede your Freedoms to those in Washington.

It is no mystery that I’m not a fan of about 80% of the Republican Party.  But it is a Party that must move to Repeal this hideous legislation.  It is a Party that needs to step around the likes of John McCain, Chris Christy and Lindsey Graham to save this country from the mistakes of Democratic Socialists world over.  If there has ever been a rallying point, or issue, of our time it is this.  We were not there to fight against what we now know to be huge wastes of money and drags on productivity of the past.  But we are here now.

The push to Socialize Medicine must be stopped.

And in the future, Anyone who even suggests such a Scheme should be disqualified from serious consideration when it comes to holding power in this Country.

Death Rattle

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are witnessing a historic moment on the History of the United States.
It has become clear the immensity of this episode is only going to become greater before it is over.
To understand what you’re seeing we must go back to 1960.
A large part of the 12-24 year old 1960 population figured out there was power in collective screaming. They learned to champion causes only some of which they understood.  They forged their identity in protest and labeled themselves the ‘counter-culture’. They cast away the societal norms the likes of Family, Religion and Americanism. They elevated themselves above all the “ignorant masses” who clung to those time-tested ideas and began a decades long mantra reminding themselves of their superiority. They sought positions where they could administer an intentionally subjective ‘fairness’ of their own varying definition.  They learned how to feel powerful.  When they looked in the mirror they saw the faces of the Deciders… the Administrators… the Philosopher Kings.
Now fast forward to 2016.
These same individuals are at least 67-years old, some are much, much, older.  (Yes… there are young ones, but they lack that romantic view of having ‘done something important’.  They lack a perceived legacy which is now under threat. They lack the same investment while sacrificing all of the other evolutionary rites and rituals society previously valued.)
These Aging Leftists are now finding themselves with no real Family, no real God and no real Understanding of the Greatest Experiment in Self Government the World has ever known.  Now they have watched the election of a person they believe is the antithesis of their Socialist Utopia…  and are powerless to stop him from tearing it down.  It’s all they had.

They are old…
They fully realize they may not make it 8 more years…
They have no identity other than those who dismantled the country as the Founders intended it to be…
They have no investment other than a war to create a Socialist Utopia, which they thought they had won long ago…
They see their lives as meaningless…  They are desperate…  They feel cornered…

We are witnessing the Death Rattle of a Mass Existential Crisis… a forced confrontation of what for most of them is the meaninglessness of their lives.

Be warned, these people are found on both sides of the aisle. Yes they associate more with one, but they know no party exclusively.  Do not underestimate them.  They must be approached with extreme caution…

I’m not kidding.

They are irrational… just as they have been all their lives. They are unreasonable… which is how they learned to secured something they call victory. They are unstable… because their fantasy is being threatened by reality.

It is time to walk softly, but carry a big stick.
It is time to take our country back, but keep one eye open.
It is time to show compassion, but remain firm while the damage we have suffered is repaired.

Tough Love.

In 20 years, the country will have other concerns.

There is an urban myth out there that needs to be addressed.

“Binge drinking is bad.”  No, wait.  Wrong one.

“Compromise is good.”

If you’re a product of the public schools (like I am) it should be expected you believe we should all get along.  You probably think our elected representatives should be having dinner together, holding hands and making out in the back of dark movie theaters.  You might even think it is GOOD when they all get together and create legislation effecting the rest of us.

In other words, you might believe passing lots of bills is a terrific way to judge their productivity.  You think the government should “do something”… You might have been taught that the founders of this country wanted our leaders to strip down and embrace each other every time they met so they could create lots of really cool law.  If any of this rings true for you, what you “know” is wrong.  You should demand a refund on that free public education.

Here’s the truth, our system of government was designed specifically to be slow, cumbersome and rarely produce laws.  It was created to make sure no single branch could run rampant over the others with this purpose in mind.  It was designed for a fight… over everything… in the hopes that whatever came out was only what was absolutely necessary.  Less was more.  Nothing getting done was fine, if not preferred.  (I’ve floated this idea around the house but have not had much traction.)

We have come a long way from that original intent.  Over the last 100 years we have entitled our politicians to do whatever they want.  They have learned to routinely create law outside of the Constitution because they know that the odds are no-one will challenge it.  And, if their law does get challenged it will take too long and the American people will lose interest, or more often think they are owed whatever the law might “give” them.

These same politicians also know they can slow down the process of any legal challenge by appointing judges who also don’t care what limitations the Constitution puts in place.  Such judges then present their rulings utilizing previous unconstitutional rulings they or their fellow travelers passed down earlier.  Amazingly, they are also not above using foreign law for validation… which I’m very sure the Founding Fathers did not intend.  The fact that we revel in our lack of understanding and promote such behavior in our leaders should be frightening.  It has brought us to a very scary place.  Haven’t you wondered why alcohol sales are up? We’re frightened, but too uninformed to know why.  It’s like a horror movie where the person about to get killed runs around the house and turns all the lights… off.

There has been a determined movement over the last 80 years to position the U.S. Constitution as too restrictive.  (Our current president is on the record promoting this very idea.)  But you will most often find it repeated by the “open-minded” who have not taken the 5 minutes needed to read it, let alone try to discuss and understand it. (They don’t need to read it… their hearts tell them what they need to know… what’s scary about that is they vote…)   These are also the people who think we should all give each other big wet sloppy kisses… all the time.  To them, getting along to “help the country” sounds so nice it requires no further exploration on their part.

To make things worse, there are too many people who want to be led and then insist you must be led as well.  These people have found a home on both sides of the aisle.  The Founders were aware this would always be a reality. The defense they gave us against such people was an extremely well-defined and very restrictive document, that could be changed, in other words amended, if needed… but it would take an act of congress. (Yes, that’s where the phrase came from.)

What it comes down to is that you have two sides to choose from.  One side subscribes to individual freedom and one does not.  What makes one side somewhat sinister is that it wants to control you with “the best of intentions”.  Bear in mind, those who believe the sheep need to be led never seem to count themselves among the sheep….

So there must always be a war between those who know you are too stupid to make decisions for yourself  (Statists/Socialists) and those of us who think you are the only person who knows what’s best for you. (Free-market Capitalists)   If you give it a moment of thought, does it  make sense that a person who subscribes to individual freedom be buddies with a person who believes in the soft slavery of statism?  It’s really as simple as that.  The line in the sand is Force.

In conclusion, we are not supposed to get along.  We are not supposed to compromise our individual freedoms.  Ever.

If you need proof, compromise with Socialists is what got us here today… bankrupt, having our e-mail and phones call tapped, “intelligence agents” looking at our daughters cell phone pictures and Facebook pages while your grandmother is getting molested at the airport.  And the useful idiots continue begging for more Bipartisanshitt…

Enter Podesta… Hillary’s personal scary Clown…

With the Coaching of the Clinton Machine, is President Obama taking a page from NASCAR on every issue?

To answer this question we have to understand Who John Podesta is.

John Podesta is President Obama’s New Advisor.

The Executive Summary: Podesta is one of the most horrid Socialists you will ever meet.

Let me put it this way… the last several weeks we have had the uncomfortable experience of meeting Zeke Emanuel, the brother of Rahm who let us know that there was absolutely No Confusion!  According to Zeke, the President always said you can keep your doctor if you pay more.  It’s as if a request was put into Central Casting for someone who looks and sounds likes a member of Adolf’s creepy inner circle, yet is Jewish, in order to play the role of a scary Menshevik.  So they sent over Zeke.  Perfect.

If you take it one step further you have John Podesta.

You have to remember that Obama is no longer up for election.  It’s Hillary’s turn.

With that in mind, it is an easy step to link Podesta (Clinton’s last Chief of Staff and head of Progressive Socialist efforts like Apollo Alliance.) to Hillary’s 2016 Election Campaign.  It also becomes clear that Hillary must position herself as the Moderate choice for President coming off of the last eight years of Obama.

So how do you do that?

Well… you send Obama so (overtly) far into the Marxist camp that Stalin might rise from the grave just to provide a standing O.  And there are few better to provide such hard left turns on every issue than John Podesta.  (I would offer George Soros, but too many of you know him.  It just wouldn’t look good.  Podesta is well-connected to Soros anyway through the Tides Foundation etc., so why bother.)

The Left then positions anyone running against Hillary as a Far Right Extremist while lamenting the move of President Obama so far away from “The American Mainstream”.  And in concert with their Liberal friends in the media will offer up Hillary as the Only Reasonable Person in the race… oh, and in case you didn’t know it she’s a girl.

If Hillary is smart, she will listen to her husband Bill and give as many speeches saying Nothing better than he said Nothing as often as possible.  (This will be hard for her as she is every bit the Marxist Obama is… so we’ll see.)  She’ll also have to work on her angry moments when she channels her inner Phyllis Diller… same voice, way less funny and in tones of a certain green Oz character.

If she can pull off not being herself, sit back and allow the vacant assessments of the useful idiots and those intellectually lazy individuals who call themselves moderates… populists or the “No Labels” crowd to lend their votes to her she’ll be the next President.

I know you’re asking; Why would Obama agree to this?

Because a Hillary Presidency will only serve to preserve the gains and maintain the progress of the current Socialist agenda being forced down the throats of a Public School Educated American Populace.  To the chagrin of Socialists world over, you just can’t run on that.

In addition, if Obama gets any of his genuinely Hard Left dreams added onto his already noteworthy list of successes, all the better.  Consider it a bonus.

Drink about this carefully.  Is it a surprise that the Clinton Camp has started allowing for “Obama Hating” based on Policy as being OK so long as you don’t connect Leftist Ideology to it?

Expect to see some incredible, unbelievable, bordering on if not completely ridiculous, Policy proposals coming from the Obama camp in the next couple of years.

Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert McDonald on Monday compared the length of time veterans wait to receive health care at the VA to the length of time people wait for rides at Disneyland, and said his agency shouldn’t use wait times as a measure of success because Disney doesn’t either.

“When you got to Disney, do they measure the number of hours you wait in line? Or what’s important? What’s important is, what’s your satisfaction with the experience?” McDonald said Monday during a Christian Science Monitor breakfast with reporters. “And what I would like to move to, eventually, is that kind of measure.”

McDonald’s comments angered House Speaker Paul Ryan, who tweeted out Monday afternoon, “This is not make-believe, Mr. Secretary. Veterans have died waiting in those lines.”

McDonald faced questions at the breakfast about the VA’s lack of transparency surrounding how long veterans must wait to receive care at VA facilities around the country. The agency has weathered controversy over the past several years due to its struggle to provide timely care for many patients.

The VA secretary said most veterans report being satisfied with their care and argued that the average wait time for a veteran seeking VA treatment is only a matter of days.

He said he did not believe a measure called the “create date,” which gauges a veteran’s wait time by counting from the day the veteran first requests care, was a “valid measure” of a veteran’s VA experience.

The Government Accountability Office released a report in April exploring the metric used to count a veterans’ wait time, called the “preferred date.” The measure does not count from the time a veteran first calls to make an appointment.

The Leftists Know that the VA is Obama Care once fully implemented.  They Know the Fraud, Waste and Abuse long documented at the VA will be present in Obama Care.  But most importantly They Know that once Obama Care is fully implemented, and funded through confiscatory tax penalties and punishments (which is really what this is all about), there is a deadly surprise waiting for you.

So… Overreaching and Nepotistic Government (Crony Socialism) creates the ‘regulatory problems’, and Bills Gates calls for More Overreaching and Nepotistic Government (Crony Socialism) as the Solution.  It’s the Arsenic Cure.  Your Doctor prescribes a teaspoon of arsenic a day to cure your headaches.  You return to him complaining you feel even worse… so he tells you to double the dosage.

The Same can be, and has been, said repeatedly regarding Obama Care and the Socialization of Medicine here in the United States. And it’s outcome was predicted by all of those who have witnessed Socialism at work World Over.  It’s an Abortion.  The Left is now preparing to Demand yet More Crony Socialism as the ‘Solution’ in the form of Single Payer.  Some of us said repeatedly the ultimate failure of Obama Care was the desired outcome from the beginning in order to set the stage for full Destruction of the Greatest Private Healthcare System in the World.  I continue to believe the ‘Affordable Care Act’ is failing right on schedule.  Jonathan Gruber and Paul Ryan should be proud.

Rich Leftist Progressives will say, just as all Evil People throughout History, what they want to do to you Out Loud.  They write articles, books, pamphlets.  They give speeches and round tables.  They start Foundations designed to promote their forceful desires.  You don’t need to concoct conspiracies…

All you need to do is listen.  All you need to do is pay attention.  All you need to do is makeaneffort.

Yet, we endlessly find ourselves fighting Useful Idiots on both sides of the political aisle distracting us from addressing the truly Sinister among us.

But I suppose to be truly useful one must never recognize they’re an Idiot.

There is an urban myth out there that needs to be addressed.

“Binge drinking is bad.”  No, wait.  Wrong one.

“Compromise is good.”

If you’re a product of the public schools (like I am) it should be expected you believe we should all get along.  You probably think our elected representatives should be having dinner together, holding hands and making out in the back of dark movie theaters.  You might even think it is GOOD when they all get together and create legislation effecting the rest of us.

In other words, passing lots of bills is a terrific way to judge their productivity.  You think the government should “do something”… You might have been taught that the founders of this country wanted our leaders to strip down and embrace each other every time they met so they could create lots of really cool law.  If any of this rings true for you, what you “know” is wrong.  You should demand a refund on that free public education.

Here’s the truth, our system of government was designed specifically to be slow, cumbersome and rarely produce laws.  It was created to make sure no single branch could run rampant over the others with this purpose in mind.  It was designed for a fight… over everything… in the hopes that whatever came out was only what was absolutely necessary.  Less was more.  Nothing getting done was fine, if not preferred.  (I’ve floated this idea around the house but have not had much traction.)

We have come a long way from that original intent.  Over the last 100 years we have entitled our politicians to do whatever they want.  They have learned to routinely create law outside of the Constitution because they know that the odds are no-one will challenge it.  And, if their law does get challenged it will take too long and the American people will lose interest, or more often think they are owed whatever the law might “give” them.

These same politicians also know they can slow down the process of any legal challenge by appointing judges who also don’t care what limitations the Constitution puts in place.  Such judges then present their rulings utilizing previous unconstitutional rulings they or their fellow travelers passed down earlier.  Amazingly, they are also not above using foreign law for validation… which I’m very sure the Founding Fathers did not intend.  The fact that we revel in our lack of understanding and promote such behavior in our leaders should be frightening.  It has brought us to a very scary place.  Haven’t you wondered why alcohol sales are up? We’re frightened, but too uninformed to know why.  It’s like a horror movie where the person about to get killed runs around the house and turns all the lights… off.

There has been a determined movement over the last 80 years to position the U.S. Constitution as too restrictive.  (Our current president is on the record promoting this very idea.)  But you will most often find it repeated by the “open-minded” who have not taken the 5 minutes needed to read it, let alone try to discuss and understand it. (They don’t need to read it… their hearts tell them what they need to know… what’s scary about that is they vote…)   These are also the people who think we should all give each other big wet sloppy kisses… all the time.  To them, getting along to “help the country” sounds so nice it requires no further exploration on their part.

To make things worse, there are too many people who want to be led and then insist you must be led as well.  These people have found a home on both sides of the aisle.  The Founders were aware this would always be a reality. The defense they gave us against such people was an extremely well-defined and very restrictive document, that could be changed, in other words amended, if needed… but it would take an act of congress. (Yes, that’s where the phrase came from.)

What it comes down to is that you have two sides to choose from.  One side subscribes to individual freedom and one does not.  What makes one side somewhat sinister is that it wants to control you with “the best of intentions”.  Bear in mind, those who believe the sheep need to be led never seem to count themselves among the sheep….

So there must always be a war between those who know you are too stupid to make decisions for yourself  (Statists/Socialists) and those of us who think you are the only person who knows what’s best for you. (Free-market Capitalists)   If you give it a moment of thought, does it  make sense that a person who subscribes to individual freedom be buddies with a person who believes in the soft slavery of statism?  It’s really as simple as that.  The line in the sand is Force.

In conclusion, we are not supposed to get along.  We are not supposed to compromise our individual freedoms.  Ever.

If you need proof, compromise with Socialists is what got us here today… bankrupt, having our e-mail and phones call tapped, “intelligence agents” looking at our daughters cell phone pictures and Facebook pages while your grandmother is getting molested at the airport.  And the useful idiots continue begging for more Bipartisanshitt…
