The New Mentally Ill…

For almost 10-years now there have been discussions regarding what qualifies One as Mentally Ill.

This debate took a new step forward this morning.

With Barack Obama’s Executive Gun Control, and the Physician Requirement to report patients who are ‘Mentally Ill’, comes an important question.

Well, let’s see…

Depression is a Mental Illness. Are you taking Any Anti-Depressants? Prozac? Zoloft? Paxil? Celexa? Lexapro? Effexor? Pristiq? Cymbalta? Remeron? Wellbutrin? Elavil? Pamelor?

You’re Mentally ill.

Anxiety is a Mental Illness. Are you taking Any Anti-Anxiety Medication? Xanax? Ativan? Klonopin? BuSpar?

You’re Mentally ill.

Mood Instability is a Mental Illness. Are you taking Any Mood Stabilizing Medication? There are many such ‘Stabilizers’… let’s just say,

Do You have PTSD? Mild or otherwise?

You’re Mentally ill.

ADD or ADHD?

You’re Mentally ill.

OCD?

Yep.

Eating Disorder? Yes… too much or too little.

You’re in the club.

Seeing a Psychiatrist because… parents?

AND… wait for it… Are You collecting Disability for any of the above?

The Objective of the Left is to rid the Population of the ability to resist their Horrific Collectivist Ideas.

They are fully aware that The United States was founded on Individual Rights and paramount to those Rights is Free Speech and the Ability to Resist Tyrannical Government should it arise.

Socialists recognize that the Public has never, historically, enjoyed their institutionalized nepotism and Elitist wielding of Power over the ‘Stupid Masses’. And because of that, removing their primary source of self-defense remains a priority.

But they need you to BEG Them to enforce the removal of this defense… in the name of safety.

The push to Make EVERYONE Crazy has been going on for decades. From Mommies Little Helper to today’s myriad of
doses to make the World a better place.

And what if Doctors don’t report you?

The Lawyers are ready to place Liability Suits as fast as they can get their paralegals tapping away at their keyboards.

In the End, This is just one of the symptoms of Obamacare we all warned you about. It’s about control. It’s about you being kept. It’s about removing your ability to resist the Poison that is Leftist Progressive Socialism.

They have the rest of the World and they’ve screwed that up.

They’ve taken control of Cities and States within our Borders and they’ve screwed Them up.

In case you’ve been immersed in the latest happenings on the Transgender Transformation Front and missed what Pamela Geller’s ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest has provoked… allow me to catch you up.

Pamela Geller held a ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest.

Two Terrorist A-Holes decided they were going to show up and kill Everyone.

Both Terrorist A-Holes were shot dead by a Gun Clinging Texas Cop (Who probably thought they were Black Guys just minding their own business, and shot them as a matter of protocol.).

The Leftists from every corner of the political spectrum (Right, Left, CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, The Catholic Church, Republicans, Democrats, etc. etc. etc.) are blaming Pamela Geller.  I mean, Did you See The Way She Was Dressed!?  She was ASKING FOR IT!

The AP is lamenting the demise of the Terrorist A-Holes… seriously.  They have decided to own the position that the deaths of two Terrorist A-Holes, who couldn’t stand the insult of a cartoon and decided to try to kill a bunch of people, is a tragedy.  (If that’s not an open illustration of ‘who you can trust’ I don’t know what is.)

That about sums it up.

If you think you are entering a world with no elements of reason,

I would have to agree with you.

Frankly, Pamela Geller’s group should be receiving federal NEA dollars for her contest. That would be a consistent start to the conversation as it would ‘level the playing field’ with all those artists who have legitimized their ‘art’ by intentionally provoking every other religious institution found in the United States (except Islam).

Or, inversely, removing Federal Tax Dollars from ALL arts and returning the market dynamic to the Artistic Process as it has been for Thousands of Years.  Think that redistributing your hard-earned money to Feces Covered paintings of the Virgin Mary is good Government?  Quick… think of an Artistic Masterpiece!  Hold that image in your mind… There were no Government subsidies for that piece of work.  Someone purchased it, with intent.  Or, it was created with the hope someone would.  It was not blindly funded.

Provoking religious institutions is PROTECTED SPEECH… just as the religious institutions existence IS PROTECTED.  So important is this… IT COMES FIRST in the Bill of Rights!

What is profoundly fascinating?

This event has drawn out the Leftist Religious types (Cardinal Dolan) to illustrate the hypocrisy I just tapped out, but instead of using it as an example of how we all must tolerate such provocation… they demand Drawing Mohammed Pictures be classified as “Hate Speech” in order to control it.  Cardinal Dolan is Jealous.

In other words, Socialists of all flavors see the danger in defending Pamela Geller… The are in a desperate, twisted, position.

If They defend her, as they should, they undermine the control of speech they have worked so diligently to secure. Remember, Political Correctness favors those who cannot argue their ideas on the merits of reason and rational.  So… What Control the Leftists currently have must be preserved… no matter how insipid they may sound when they say it out loud…

But the Left is not content to simply hold on to their current suppression of your Free Speech Rights, they wish to expand upon it.

Those coming out of the woodwork see the danger presented in this debate, and must move the window in their direction by arguing for yet More Restrictive Measures to be applied to what you may, and may not, say.  Cardinal Dolan is not demanding tolerance for those who Draw Pictures of Mohammed… he is lobbying for the Ability to Quash those who would provoke the Catholic Church.  And, amusingly, the very Leftist ‘artists’ who were insulting The Church just yesterday are siding with Dolan today.  It’s not because they are ignorant… well, they clearly are… but rather because what’s at risk here is control over what you say.

The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend.

Strange Bedfellows indeed…

This event is allowing us a rare glimpse into the hearts and minds of those we might otherwise trust. Real time.

It is serving to flush out those talking heads, and ideological Icons, who profess to be, but in reality are not, excited about adhering to the Constitution of the United States and The Bill of Rights.

I believe these are the most dangerous among us… as they hide behind words we agree with, but their actions serve to undermine our Freedoms.  They support only the speech they agree with, and fight only the battles that have no meaningful outcome in regard to protecting our Freedom and Liberty.

If you decide to pay attention to this story, you may be surprised by who comes to the defense of Pamela Geller… and more importantly… Who does Not.

Pamela Geller is offensive to those on the Left not because she is provoking Islam, but exactly because she is attacking the gains the Left has made in Controlling Speech.

And for that… she must be destroyed.

In this upside down world,

It demands Progressive Liberals argue against the very provocative tactics the they have used for decades to push their Democratic Socialist agenda Forward!

It also serves to reveal the true faces of those who would otherwise hide behind the Labels of ‘Conservative’ and ‘Republican’.

It Forces Honesty… which is the sunlight that sends the Enemies of the Individual scurrying.

Why I happen to Agree with Rand Paul’s Foreign Policy…

I subscribe to the idea that when you hand someone BILLIONS of American Taxpayer’s dollars they should be OVERTLY on board with whatever it is America Wants… and that’s before the BIG WET SLOPPY KISS they should be giving all of us ON THE NATIONAL STAGE.

I too happen to believe that those countries who Beg for our money should also get on board with the Supremacy of the Individual over the Group… in others words, American Exceptionalism. They should not only speak highly of us, but we should expect them to reform, change, modify or whatever you want to call it, their behavior when it comes to their individual citizens.

This applies to ALL forms of assistance as far as I’m concerned.  Military… Food… Financial… Technological…

No more accepting our Billion’s in hand-outs then running to the microphone and screaming “Death to America”.  No more taking our money and then using it to dig tunnels into Israel… or buying stones to throw at your women… or duct tape to strap gays in a chair so you can throw them from a rooftop… or spending it on subversive marxist campaigns on college campus’ inside the U.S… etc… etc…

Enough is Enough.

When we have abandoned that which made us Exceptional, namely our Enlightened approach to government which placed the Individual First, we have no moral high ground upon which to stand.

We must change things here at home before we can reclaim the lofty position of Leader of the Free World.  Because right now we are indeed just another Democratic Socialist Nation among many…

And, there is absolutely nothing exceptional about that except being absolutely horrible.

So there you go.

It’s not “Isolationist”… It’s “Anti-A-holist”.

Abdicating our Moral Authority

It has long been the Leftist goal to remove Moral Authority from the United States.

And, it seems they have.

To tap out the rest of this post demands a discussion on American Exceptionalism.  So here goes.

Liberals would have you believe American Exceptionalism is the feeling American’s have where they see themselves as Superior Individuals compared to all the rest of the Worlds inhabitants.  It’s imperative for the Progressive Left to keep this definition alive in the minds of their followers because a genuine understanding of American Exceptionalism would lead their minions away from the Socialist Agenda for America.

In truth, American Exceptionalism in not about you, me, or any individual.  It’s about the way this country was founded.  When the term American Exceptionalism is employed it refers to the Freedom and Liberty of the Individual this Country was designed to protect.  It refers to our Natural Right’s which we possess not by the grace of government but by the fact we Exist as Individual Human Beings.  It refers to a structure unique in the World.  An Experiment which has demonstrated Self Governance and the profound acceleration of achievement such Liberty and Freedom fosters.  We were designed to Govern from the Bottom Up… not from the Top Down.  We were established where Government worked for us and was intentionally kept small so not to interfere with our lives.  This Design separates us from every other country in the World, or at least it once did.  And the reason this has changed is not because other Nations have adopted our Revolutionary Idea of Government.  Quite the opposite.

But back to the point, the Left cannot have an honest conversation regarding American Exceptionalism because it supports removal of the power of State over Citizen.  It questions the application of Force the Social Democrat requires in order to guarantee you’re making the ‘choices’ they demand you make.  And that kind of questioning cannot be allowed.

So here we are…

What frayed remnants of the United States’ original form we see today is very close to being beyond mending.

The Socialist Left has been able, through a determined war of attrition, to dismantle the protections once held so closely by every American Citizen.  They have overtly disregarded the Constitution by placing Liberal Judges in appointed positions to ‘interpret’ law in whatever way favors their agenda, convinced the public to elect politicians who refuse to be honest about their designs for the country until they wrest enough influence that they cannot be stopped, and most insidiously created Addicts of the Citizenry by handing them other people’s money and making them dependents upon the Statist system… thus cementing their hold on power.

After decades of the above,

We can no longer claim to be the Champions of Freedom and Liberty.

We can no longer claim to stand for Individual Rights and Self Governance.

There was a time our adventures around the Globe were cloaked in the mantle of Moral Superiority.

Rightly so.

And that Superiority was recognized by the World.

No other Country on Earth had the long waiting lists of those who wished to enjoy the Freedoms The United States offered to every Individual.

There can be no greater endorsement of this Great Experiment.

But in a relative short period of time, the Left has succeeded in creating an America that is similar if not identical to every Socialist Democracy World over.  They achieved this by abandoning the Individual for the State.  Their Victory is the Moral high ground once possessed by the united States has been lost.

Like a self-fulfilling prophecy, The Progressives have long told us we are oppressors, and have subsequently made us so through their actions.

The United States is not Special.  Or certainly not as special as it once was.

We have stood (and some might offer standing) idly by and watched the death of the Individual, and all the creativity, energy and drive that free human beings bring to the World.

There is no longer such a thing as American Exceptionalism.

The Left has finally created the World they accused us of having all along.

And, as it is with all things Marxist… nothing can be unique.

Through the designs of the Liberal Left, We have abdicated our moral authority… and become everyone else.

Now that we Ceded our Moral Authority, we must question everything our Country does.  We must question every decision our Representatives make.  We must join the World in mistrust of American Actions…

…just not for the same reasons.

Can we return to being the Shining City on the Hill?

Or, Will we stand by while our light is extinguished and allow ourselves to be forever hidden from a World longing for Freedom?

To the last question… Apparently, yes.

Once Upon a Time a Racist…

… was a person who believed an Individual’s Skin Color determined their value.  It was very simple.  This person thought One Race was superior and others inferior.  Not surprisingly those who held that belief were almost always of the Race they held to be Superior…

I continue to subscribe to this definition.

However, Now We are being told that a Racist is a person who believes they should be secure in their property and does not think Politicians should be granted the Power to Spread the Wealth Around while defining who is ‘wealthy’ and who is not.  Thus a Racist is a person who feels they should be allowed to keep what they earn.

A Racist also seems to be a person who finds Socialism to be destructive, repugnant and poisonous requiring them to fight against it where ever it presents itself. A person who believes that all people should be judged by the content of their character.  A person who believes there should be no boxes to check on Employment applications, Medical paperwork and Census forms declaring something you had absolutely nothing to do with.  A person who thinks a persons ability, and only their ability, should be used to determine access to Universities, Colleges and Jobs.  A person who knows down deep that preferential treatment based on Color was what we have been told we should be fighting against, and believes it.

A Racist is now being positioned as any Anglo… or, oddly enough Asian… who disagrees with anyone else “of color”.  Because “disagreement” is now offensive.  And someone, somewhere, found a Right not to be offended.

The War on Words apparently needs a hash-tag campaign.

This leaves us with a very large Question hanging out there desperately needing to be asked…

“Why?”

Sadly, there is an equally short answer.

“Power.”

And there is another one,

“Money.”

The ability to stifle Rational Debate and Reasoned Discussion… except for that which you agree… is Priceless.

And the Taxpayer money associated with being considered a “minority group” as determined by the latest Census numbers and estimates is Huge.  So large, in fact, that some Individuals have built Empires on this Redistribution of Wealth.  The idea such income could, or should, ever be discontinued cannot be tolerated.  And it’s not.

So, brand new definitions of a Racist are demanded in order to head off such discussion and preserve the Money, and Power, associated with Institutionalized Victimhood.

Here we are.

With no one to blame.

We have allowed this phenomena to exist… we have Nurtured it.

We allow weak-minded Statists to yell Racist then run away when the discussion does not go the way they want it to.  And, predictably, this happens far too often.

I offer it’s time to return to the “Old” definition of Racist.  The correct one.

I also offer it’s time to stop allowing others to determine what is acceptable discussion and what is not.  That behavior is not what this Country was founded Upon, but we have wandered far, far away from what this country was Founded Upon.  What better time to stop the wandering but right now, this second.

I finally offer that all of our politicians need to return to protecting all of us as Individuals.  If they can’t scrub the term “minority” out of their lexicon then they should be reminded that the Individual is the Ultimate Minority, there can be no reasoned debate about it.  Considering 100% of the Democrat Party and well over 80% of the Republican party Fail to see their responsibility to represent us as Individuals is a sad, sorry, indictment of our current Government.  When “Party Politics” of both sides see everyone as groups instead of embracing the Universal message of Individual Liberty, Freedom and right to Property all protected by a Seriously Limited Government, we must become extremely concerned.

When politicians are more concerned about protecting Government from Us rather than Us from Government… we are in very serious trouble.

No one wants to believe it’s actually happening right in front of them.  Well, it’s happening right in front of you.

We are in very serious trouble.

But remember, at the end of the day it is Our Fault.  We did this. You and Me.

And only We can stop it.

The truly Enlightened will start embracing each other as Individuals.  They will not give credit, nor discount, another person based on where they were born or what color their skin is… or what their parents did.  To do so is absurd, ignorant and serves only to oppress.

You are not your Race.

You are not your Gender.

You are not your Sexuality.

You are what you Do, and nothing more.

Find comfort in your singularity.

The Cardinal of The Kremlin

Cardinal Timothy Dolan, exploring homosexuality, decided to address the Marxism preached by Pope Francis.

First, for full disclosure I’m not Catholic.  And, this post has nothing to do with indicting the long-held Leftist views of The Catholic Church.  But there is a very interesting take away from the Cardinals’ statement that needs to have some additional attention… and it has nothing to do with Gay Marriage.

Cardinal Dolan decided to take the opportunity during his reflections of what Pope Francis should and should not do to make it clear The Pope is not a Marxist.  And this is how he did it:

“The Catholic Church is “always concerned about excesses on the left, which is collectivism, socialism, communism, and excesses on the right, which is unfettered, cut-throat capitalism,” Dolan said. “Somewhere in between is the via media, which will come to a fair, equitable, just, economic system.”

Pope John Paul II, having lived under a Communist regime in Poland, “was a bit more sensitive to the excesses on the left. Francis, he’s a bit more sensitive about the excesses to the right.” As Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Pope Francis lived under right-wing regimes in Argentina for much of his life.”

Let me help those of you not used to deciphering such speech.  What Cardinal Dolan is saying above is The Church is always concerned when the Left attempts to remove God from the position of Ultimate Authority…  But Capitalism (He’s actually describing Fascism… which is just a Flavor of Socialism/Communism) never Requires God… and this is unacceptable.  What’s interesting is the “Socialism” he says the Church “is always concerned about” and the Capitalism (Actually Fascism) which he describes as “cut-throat” are One in the Same.

He goes on to illustrate my point in the second paragraph of the quote.  Since Pope John Paul II grew up under a Communist Regime he was sensitive to the Horrible Leftist Ideas.  But, since Pope Francis lived under “Right Wing” regimes in Argentina the implication is he is sensitive to supposedly “Capitalist” Ideas.

There is only two things that could be at work here.

Either Cardinal Timothy Dolan knows that there has never been unfettered Capitalism practiced anywhere in the World, as the closest we’ve been able to get is here in the U.S.  Thus, he is intentionally trying to sow confusion in the minds of anyone who is listening…

Or

The Cardinal lives in a Magical Universe where the only Political Spectrum in existence is Socialist in Nature.  There’s No Capitalism… none… to be found anywhere in it.

In Other words, All Governing Theory is Statist and there are only variations with Communism being on the Left Wing of the Spectrum and Fascism (What he, and most Progressive Socialists, describe a Capitalism) being on the Right Wing.  (It’s worth noting that the Catholic Church has practiced Religion as Government for most of it’s existence… and their Theocratic Model would fit somewhere in the Middle of this imaginary Statist Spectrum.)

But either of these options just don’t seem to be the behaviors of trusted men.

So…

Giving Cardinal Dolan the benefit of the doubt, Let’s assume he doesn’t know what Capitalism is.  And, let’s also hope he finds some time for Enlightenment in regard to the One Governing Theory that protects each and every one of us regardless of our RACE, CREED, COLOR, GENDER or RELIGION.  I have Faith.

Until that time, it’s profitable to note, and remind all around you, that Capitalism, Property Rights and One’s Freedom to Choose are what protect Liberty.  This formula is a Profoundly Unique Governing Paradigm, it has been found only one place on Earth.  This might explain Cardinal Dolan’s, and Pope Francis’, inability to understand what the Rare concept in self governance is.

Just to be “fair”, Cardinal Dolan and Pope Francis grew up in Socialist Countries (St. Louis and Argentina) ultimately to reside in Socialist Countries (Manhattan and Italy) so we might want to go easy on them.

If nothing else, this is yet another example of the enormity of our task.  The fact that there are otherwise intelligent people in positions of power who do not know the difference between Capitalism and Fascism… or if they do they don’t want to admit it… tells us that there is much work to do indeed.

I propose we start with the Useful Idiots.  At least we Know they Don’t Know.  Nothing Sinister there, just ignorance.

That, we can work with.

You don’t try to put out the fire engulfing your home… you call the Fire Department and watch it burn.

It has been drilled into us that not only are we not personally responsible for ourselves and our families, if we make the attempt to be we will be punished.

Let me ask you, what better frame of mind could those in control want you to have?

Folks, we’re here. The time is now. It’s taken 100 years, but we have arrived.  And it’s not a good place to be.

Nobody wants to be here… but it doesn’t change that this is where we are.

WE ARE BANKRUPT.
THE GOVERNMENT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY BY PRINTING MORE OF IT.
THE STATISTS AMONG US ARE IMPLEMENTING THE LAST COMPONENT OF A NEW SOCIALIST AMERICA IN THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.
THE PROGRESSIVES ARE WILLING TO IMPLODE THE COUNTRY IN ORDER TO GET IT DONE.

Don’t look around for someone else to ride in and fix it.

We are a small group.  The Media Hates us.  90% of the Politicians Hate us.  Most of Hollywood Hates us.  EVERY Socialist Hates us.

What are you going to do? Give up or Give in?

Or will you decide to start paying attention… speaking out… voting… getting involved… and spending a lot of time thinking about what you think and why?

We’ve been led, instructed and pressured into being lazy. We have been confused, misguided and lied to. They have destroyed meaning by using words and labels in exactly opposite ways. They spin meaning into meaninglessness. And we have been trained to nod in agreement, then not talk about it in “polite” conversation.  And we have paid for every bit of this with our hard-earned money.

That time must be over.  It must.

We have no obligation to think paying for all of this crap is a responsibility we MUST deliver on.

It is not.

The American People’s “Good Faith and Credit” would be much improved had we not allowed the above individuals to write checks they could not cash.  It certainly is not our responsibility to 1. continue allowing them to do it. 2. pay for their ridiculous spending spree.

Let me ask you, why hasn’t the Senate approved a Federal Budget in over 5 years?  Why?

Why do they NOW tell us it’s our responsibility to just keep paying for all their adventures and favors for their friends?  Why?

Why are they busy exempting themselves from the very Healthcare Scheme they want to force YOU to use?  Why?

Why would the Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, say “The cupboards are bare… there’s nothing left to cut.”  Really!?  Why?

Why are you not writing down the names of people like Harry Reid, John McCain et al and working to get them removed from office?  Why?

I guess we could just sit back and wait for someone else to do it…

The Crown Jewel
