No Plan “B”

It has become clear to me that the total meltdown we are witnessing after the Trump Victory is due to a simple fact. The Democrat Socialists, in this country and world over, had no plan “B”. The Leftists had believed they had “won” in regard to wresting control of every governing apparatus in every country on Earth. It seemed their march to a One World Socialist Utopia no longer had any real opposition and all that remained was a jockeying for position within the power structure established to rule over it.

Whoops.

Now they are watching helplessly as their tireless drive to imprison us all under a single power is being dismantled.

A Few weeks ago there was an open letter being circulated reportedly from Georges Soros, the Financial Champion of Global Socialism, lamenting this latest turn of events. In that letter he speaks of Karl Popper being a major influence on his world view. That explains a lot.
While Popper is supposedly considered one of the “greatest” 20th century philosophers, I will leave that to you, I don’t share that view for a simple reason. Karl Popper wanted to be everybody’s friend.  He is what we would today call a “Moderate”.

He believed, erroneously, that all the governing theories could be reconciled. In other words, Everybody could be right and we all could get along.  On the face of this assertion it seems nice… to the point of flowery.  However, it does not take a monumental amount of critical thinking to recognize that most of us do not share a sense of ‘fairness’ and ‘congeniality’ with Socialist Dictators and Thugs who have anointed themselves, their associates and family, with brilliance, sometimes even divinity, and view their role as one which is to ‘take care of the unwashed masses’.

On the site where I found the letter, again purportedly from Mr. Soros, a reader commented accurately pointing out the primary flaw in Popper’s idea was his subscription to Plato and what has been called Platonic Paternalism. (The reader then goes off the rails and promotes pure democracy… but at least he was half right.)  This idea of Paternalism implies that we ‘elect’ leaders to take care of us… read that again… Take Care of Us… not just represent us. There is a vast difference in the two positions.  These are profound differences which separate Representative Republics from Democracies. One necessarily requires Unlimited Government in the name of “taking care of the people”, the other requires Limited Government in the name of “Protecting Individual Liberty and Freedom”, thus making these two governing theories irreconcilable or ‘mutually exclusive’.  You can not depend on someone else taking care of you and be “Free” in any meaningful sense of the word.  And, inversely, one cannot be “Free” but not shoulder the responsibility of taking care of themselves, or suffering the consequences of their actions, without the promise by an individual with the power to force others to come to your aid or hold you unaccountable… as eventually it will be you who is forced to provide that aid or look the other way.  (Again, as always, “Force” comes into play when speaking of functional Socialism.)

The letter also illustrated a view shared by all ‘educated’ Socialists. Free Market Capitalism protected by Limited Government which is protected by Transitory Power simply does not exist as a Governing Option.

It’s that simple folks.

You’re insane.

The reason you will never be able to have a cogent conversation about Freedom and Liberty of the Individual protected by a Limited Government (America as it was founded) with a Democrat, and Frankly many of those calling themselves Republicans, is because they don’t see what you believe in as an option. It is not on the spectrum of their chosen reality.  There is no room for it.

This explains some of the massive disconnect when trying to have an argument of ideas. You understand that the Oppression, Death and Destruction which is Socialism is in reality a Governing Theory, and it is available to all who want it. You get it. They, on the other hand, see no other option… none.  Socialism is where it starts and stops, all that remains to fight over is what flavor of it ‘works’ and who’s going to be in charge.

When you hear Fascists and ‘Conservatives’ both being called “Right Wing”, this is why. Socialists do not acknowledge that your idea of Limited Government and Individual Freedom exists… so they have no where else to put you but in the far “Right” side of the Socialist Spectrum where there remains some semblance of private property rights (Fascism). To classify you outside of that spectrum is to admit there is an option other than the Soft Slavery of Socialism. That, to them, cannot be allowed.

There is no question their apple cart is being upended with Brexit, Trump and soon France, Germany, etc. But these are minor set-backs for people like Soros who are lamenting not the failure of their poisoned worldview but the fact they will not see its realization within their limited life span. The war for the Ultimate Minority, the Individual, has not been won. The Socialists have permeated the machine which is government world over. If we the people fail to understand why these ideas are like Oil and Water then the Individual is doomed.

But Wait!

The good news is because of the hubris found on the side of the Socialists there is a pin prick of light peaking in.

They have no plan “B”.

There is no fallback position in place, they have lost momentum.

There is hope…  assuming the Forces of Individual Freedom and Liberty are ideologically united.

Are we?

The Devil’s Promise

Freedom and Liberty without Consequence and Responsibility. – The Devils Promise

A Promise of Infinite Freedom and Liberty to do as he says… live as he wishes… exist if he desires.

Last night a friend of mine asked “Why can’t we just go to work, come home and not worry about anything?”

I was disappointed and sad.  I simply assume the people I surround myself with understand the value of their Liberty and the necessity to defend it at all times.  This is my fault… and illustrates the lesson that these facts must be repeated over and over.

However, this is a common question.  It’s a question labeled ‘reasonable’ by those who want to keep you asleep until it comes time to secure their power or help them keep it.  It is a question built upon a premise that Evil does not exist and Evil People are not being born this very second.  And, those who peddle niceties are in fact nice.  It is a question which is more of a plea to trust, a cry of despair, that life is too hard to shoulder the constant burden of skepticism and responsibility for ones actions.  It’s the soft mindset that incrementally leads to slavery.

What do I hear when someone asks this?

I hear their desire to give up… surrender… lose… their Freedom by abdicating their responsibility of protecting it to those who pine for control over others.

I hear apathy, ignorance and ambivalence regarding the Freedom and Liberty they currently enjoy…

I hear a person who has no ability to empathize with those who are oppressed and do not enjoy their same Freedoms.

It is the absence of contrast… wisdom built upon experience… which disables otherwise able minds.

If you’ve been around here for a while you already know that one of my top 12 reads is ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ by Frankl.  At the end of the book he suggests there should be a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast mirroring the Statue of Liberty in New York.

I happen to agree with Mr. Frankl’s brilliance and insight based on experience.  (For any of you who want to understand more about anything… ever… you need to read this book.)

Being Free is a Huge Responsibility.  It takes energy, effort and thought.  It requires the ability to be honest with one’s self and willingness to suffer the consequences of one’s action without projecting blame upon others.  It necessitates seeing the world as it is, not as you might wish it to be.

To be a Citizen of the United States, the only Nation on Earth to be founded upon the principle that the Individual was Paramount and his possessions, including his person, were to be protected above all other things, places the responsibility of remaining Free on each and every one of us, every moment of every day.

Nowhere on this planet, at any time in recorded history, has the Ultimate Minority of the Individual Human Being been placed First… before Government… before the Majority…. before a Specific Religion.  We are it.

That is American Exceptionalism.

Because of the above fact, We’re the only ones who can protect it… not Government, or a King, or a ‘super smart person’, or a Nobel Peace Prize Winner, nor any other form of Leadership Committee big or small.  It’s us… just us… in a purely voluntarily cooperative effort.  No one anywhere in the World will come to our rescue should we fall.  Because no one anywhere else in the World agrees with us.  They have decided that the only viable forms of Government fall somewhere in the spectrum of Socialism; whether it’s Social Democracy, Theocracy, Communism, Oligarchy, Plutocracy, Fascism, Dictatorship… anything BUT a Constitutionally Limited Democratic Republic which puts the Individual first justified by Natural Law.

The Progressive World finds such an Enlightened Idea far too limiting.  The World prefers Force and Class Stasis… the World prefers Control.  Therein lies the Irony.  The Progressive World desire to take all of us back to divine right and the age of Monarchies.  They only wish they could figure out a way for the majority to vote them into permanent power.  They already know they are Smarter than you, they just want you to solidify it once and for all.  (Elections are such a nuisance… all that energy… all that money… could be used to force our brilliance upon the Masses.  Such is the Ego of the Devil.)

The Devil’s Promise is really; Do as I say and you will be Free… You have a right to your existence because I allowed it.

We in the United States are being conditioned in our Schools and through our Media to accept this… even support and promote this…

The ‘Why’ and ‘How’ are clear and simple to see for those who are capable of intellectual honesty.  We have done this to ourselves.  The history has been written for all who care.

It is also plain to see We have wandered far from the intent of our Founders…

We no longer own the fruit of our labor.

We no longer own our property.

We no longer own ourselves.

All we have left, which we know is genuinely ours, is what’s in our mind… and never shared.

Those who wish Control would take that from you as well… if they could.

Is it time to give up and pay the Devil his due?

Capitalism is Boring

…was what I read scrawled on a wall just outside of Trinity College several years ago.  And I remember my first thought distinctly, it was “Yes… but it works.”

If you think about it, for those who like to plan and orchestrate others, Capitalism IS boring.  Capitalism simply does not need their help.

But I’m not sure that is what the chalk author meant.  I think the implication was command economies were not only more fun for people like him, but also by extension he was smarter because that’s how he viewed himself as exhibited by his feeling entitled to scribble in large letters across a wall of beautiful Oxford.  It might have been easier to understand, if not a little heavy-handed, had he written “I’m smart and if you don’t get it then you’re not.”

This is the problem with all the other alternatives to Free-Market Capitalism.  They’ve all been tried, repeatedly, and all have failed.  (Or are currently failing before our eyes.)  Yet they continue to attract those among us who view themselves as smarter, brighter or simply more capable than those surrounding them.  The rest of us seem satisfied working within the system that doesn’t need our attention.  Our lives are big enough… and we don’t have a need to control the actions of others.

But that’s the irony.  The very system of voluntary trade and individual liberty ends up being “protected” by those who see it as an encumbrance to their Progressive ideas.

I guess my point here is we are doomed to fight the Elitist class and their drive to control all things all the time…. forever.

This Ego propelled Denial of the Statist failures littering history will not go away, regardless of how often those failures are demonstrated.

Those of us wishing to be free and wishing that same Freedom for our children, and their children, are the ones in need of learning a lesson.  The lesson is one we don’t want to learn.  The lesson is that our fight to be Free will be eternal.  For the few Liberals who read this site, that means a long time.

Humans who are driven to control other humans are being born this very second.  There will be no escaping them.  All we will ever be able to do is restrict their ability to coerce.  We must restrict their ability to coerce.

The perfect instrument for limiting the power of these types of humans already exists.  We simply need to use it.

The Constitution of the United States is a miracle.  It’s time to return to it.

As a Nation, It’s time to be Boring again.

Doing Less is Doing More… versus 1984.

A Government Doing Less is A Government Doing More not to infringe on your personal Liberty and Freedom of Choice.

It is also serves not to undermine your self-reliance, and thus your self-esteem.

Ever wonder why there has been such a concerted push to make our children “feel good about themselves” simply because they show up to school?

Our public schools focus on this because, it’s an integral characteristic for them to possess in order to ultimately accept that their self-worth is not connected to their independence and self-reliance. It is an important mindset for them to have if they are going to cheerfully welcome the State, or “someone else”, providing everything they should need while simultaneously directing their every action…

It is conditioning.

And, it is destructive in every way.

Now the DHS is demanding information regarding citizens biological information.

They want it all… which should make the front page of every paper and the lead for every news cast. Why would DHS need this information to do their job? (Even more important… what exactly is their job? Don’t give me platitudes… be specific, Because I’m not sure.)

I have stated it often, and I will once again… Your Freedom is Directly Correlated to You Ability to Live Your Life Anonymously.

How is that going?

Why are we constantly expected to give up biological information about ourselves to our Local Law Enforcement? DHS? IRS? Elementary Schools? Etc?…. How on earth is this information vital to their providing you their service?

It is a slow conditioning process allowing all of us to become more comfortable with no longer being Anonymous.

We seem to cheerfully accept such demands… as we have been taught to do.

The common retort you will hear when bringing up this topic is “What’s the big deal?”. “They need it to take care of us!”  or “What are you afraid of?”… Instead of “Why do they need it?”.

Our goal should be to keep government out of our lives.

That means we need to start taking personal responsibility to solve problems or issues as we identify them.

In other words, stop expecting someone else to deal with it… if it’s broken, fix it yourself.  If you are “being taken care of”, you are not free.  If you are “being kept safe”, you are being Kept.

But in the end…

It is my opinion that “fairness” is what always gets in the way of our preserving our Freedoms.   (This is why that platitude is forbidden in my home.)

“It’s not Fair that I am always the one solving the problem… that I’m the one with the shovel.” Well… tough sh*t. There will always be those who will do nothing… and their lives will suck as long as we don’t allow our elected officials to reward them for their sucking.

If it takes me out there solving my problems, or protecting myself, with a spoon instead of a shovel that’s what I would prefer in order to remain free.

That’s what I will do to live my life Anonymously…

So Why do We Need DHS?

Has anyone been wondering lately why we need the Department of Homeland Security?

Or have we just grown to accept that The Department of Homeland Security must be needed… for some reason… a reason none of us can explain, much like the Department of Education. They exist, therefore they must be needed.

Do you think there could be administrators within the FBI who might be more than a little put off by the idea that what was once (and supposedly still is) their responsibility has been taken over by a brand new politically run, seemingly all-powerful, militarized organization?

Have we all forgotten why the Posse Comitatus Act was good law?  I will remind you that the governors of each state have the National Guard at their disposal should a military presence be required during a state of emergency… not to mention State, County and Local Police, so why was the Act changed?

Do you honestly think we need the DHS to “oversee” the TSA (Transportation Security Administration)?  The TSA is made up largely of those deemed unfit for the military, police, highschool etc. charged with touching you in places you wouldn’t allow your parents to touch you, as well as viewing images of you that would typically prevent you from getting a normal job.  We might throw in the Border Patrol needing oversight… but really?  Frankly it seems to me that the Border Patrol was doing a better job prior to DHS’ political interference.  But isn’t that axiomatic?  Everyone does better without political interference.

So back to the FBI… it’s early, but I sense something going on under the radar.

It appears to me that the FBI is mustering its newly “liberated” man power and going after voter fraud and political corruption.

Considering the Leftists in this country rely heavily on institutional corruption, this turn of events cannot be welcome.

And… given that the Leftists are now in control of this country, I can’t imagine this latest onslaught targeting their livelihood can be allowed to continue.

I mentioned earlier that DHS is politically run.  It is.  But the FBI is a very different story.

The FBI has long prized its political independence, and that’s the problem… independence.  Statists cannot tolerate independence, in any form.  It Takes a Village… so long as it’s a Socialist Village.

I think many of the same questions I have asked above are being asked privately throughout our Law Enforcement community.

Remember the days of old when jurisdiction was fought over regarding certain crimes?  Here’s how it used to go… law enforcement is called and local (police), county (sheriff) and state (State Patrol, Troopers, Marshalls) show up.  Among them they figure out who has jurisdiction given the circumstance of the crime committed.  Then… helicopter in the FBI in suit and ties.  Groans abound… and the FBI “takes over”.  (I know this is a bit of a Hollywood cliché but stay with me.)  The FBI was on the scene and they were the highest power… until now.  NOW five armored personnel carriers roll up accompanied by HALO dropped infantry from our politically run Federal Security Bureau all supervised from above by a MC-130 gunship.

So I ask again… Why do we need this?

There might be someone out there brave enough to assert; “But Terrorist’s A-holes blew up the World Trade Center!  And, we had all the information to stop it!”

There are a great many books outlining that event and the moments leading up to it.  I will refer you to the “government approved” version called The 9/11 Commission Report.

All of the information was not in the same place… and the reason it was not in the same place is the responsibility of one person: Jamie Gorelick.

Because of her actions the Citizens of the U.S. are punished.  The Towers fell and we have highschool dropouts massaging us in ways we would usually have to pay extra for while lying to our spouses about it ever happening.

She is also why we have the DHS, a needless layer of bureaucracy with no apparent purpose but to allow massively new political influence over law enforcement.

Let’s pretend that it wasn’t her fault for a moment, since that’s how the birth of the DHS was justified in the first place.  This makes the mere existence of DHS an indictment of the FBI.  Previously the FBI was in charge of all things domestic.  If it wasn’t Jamie’s fault for creating barriers to the free exchange of information between foreign and domestic spy agencies, then the FBI was at fault because… because… well just because.

If you were the special FBI guy in charge… do you think that watching what we are all watching from the outside might rub you the wrong way?

Anyway… I just find some of what I’m seeing to be a bit more than a simple turf war.  It makes for interesting news watching.

But do us all a favor and start asking (again) “Why do we need a DHS?”

I want your answers… I can’t seem to find any good ones of my own.  I don’t think the FBI can either.
