There is no greater responsibility we all have than to protect the Minority…

If you agree with me then you Must also find yourself on the side of protecting the Individual, as it is he who is the Ultimate Minority.

This understanding means there cannot be special rights for Religious Groups, Racial Groups, Age Groups or Groups based on Gender.

It means that all Men are created equal.

It means all Crime is Hate Crime.

It means all men must have the same Inalienable Natural Right to Freedom and Liberty before the law.

It means that a person’s station in life does not afford them special consideration.

It means men cannot elevate themselves above the laws others must abide by.

It means anyone who opposes the Protection of Individual Liberty and Freedom is a Bigot.

It means the Only Rights are Individual Rights.

Only a perversion of the word Minority could mean anything else.

The Truth Shall Get you Fired.

Today we learn Jonathan Gruber was Fired from his Health Care Advisory gig at Picwell, a Government Contractor tasked with studying Health Care Choices of those few folks who sign up through the Health Care Exchanges.

Let us remember that nothing Jonathan Gruber said was a Lie…  at least not the part about Every Democrat who voted to Force Obama Care upon the American Public believed You’re Stupid.  Such comments are to be confined to expensive dinner parties in private mansions of those who ‘understand’.

So in the fine Socialist Tradition practised by Lenin, Stalin, Hitler and the crew, Gruber must be punished for being Honest.  Luckily for him he’s not an advisor for any of the above or any number of the UN Bench Warming Progressive Dictators currently occupying positions of Third World Power.  If that were the case getting ‘Fired’ would have a very different and much more permanent meaning.

If one choses to graduate from Useful Idiot, every young Liberal is taught an extremely important lesson.  When you sign on to Represent an Ideology which seeks to Oppress those who disagree with you and Create as many Individuals devoid of Ambition who are Addicted to other people’s money as possible, all the while solidifying Class Stasis and Consolidating Power in an ever-growing Centralized Government, there is simply no place for public Honesty.  They often learn that even private Honesty is rarely promoted let alone tolerated.

Mr. Gruber certainly does not consider himself one of the Stupid People he derides…

He should know the first commandment of Socialism.  The Truth Shall Never be Spoken.  Truth must not be presented in any fashion if it impedes the Progress of the Comintern.  Never.

But Cheer up my friends, Mr. Gruber will not suffer too much or for too long.  He has already pocketed Millions of Your Dollars and will no doubt find his way back into the hearts and minds of those who know they are superior to you.  It may occur behind closed doors, or only in the musty basements of Old East Coast Money, but he will always find companionship, work and a crust of bread from his Fellow Travelers.

I predict the downfall of Jonathan Gruber will be briefly highlighted in certain circles as well as Democratic Socialist websites like HuffPo and Polltico.  The message must get out… the example must be made.

If you’re waiting for the mainstream media to care, they will not.  If they made the mistake of caring about Gruber’s comments regarding how Liberal Elites view you it would force them to address his Honesty.  And the good folks over at NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, et al. are not interested in you being reminded they think you’re Stupid.

But specific Liberal outlets frequented by those with shared Elitist Communist beliefs will pick it up… as a warning.

An example is being made of an Honest Democrat.

But we won’t get it,

because we’re Stupid.

 

 

 

Healthcare is a human right!

There is no debate.  Healthcare is a human right.

I’m not sure how there can be any misunderstanding here.  Each of us has the right.  We are endowed by our creator certain inalienable rights. (sound familiar?)  And one of those is healthcare.

Everyday, every minute, every second we make decisions that are beneficial or detrimental to our health.  It’s our right being free individuals in a currently free society.

For example;

I have the right to buy bigger bottles of scotch.

I also have the right to put the cheeseburgers down and push away from the table.

Clearly you can see the difference between the two… buying bigger bottles of scotch means more of it when I want it thus it being beneficial, and putting down the cheeseburger being detrimental because cheeseburgers are yummy.

What I do not have is the right to force you to subsidize my scotch consumption through a scheme where the Federal government, via regulation, raises your insurance rates to cover my cheeseburger and scotch habit.

And here is where it gets good…  If you want to lose your human right to healthcare as described above then keep pushing the implementation of Socialized Medicine.  Once fully up and running you will have people like me deciding everything from how big your scotch bottle can be to how cheesy your burger should be.  Assuming, of course, that I allow you to have a burger in the first place… I hear that veggie burgers are better for your health – you with me here?

This speaks to the most basic of our “inalienable rights”.  It’s all about freedom.  The freedom to make the wrong decision even when we know what the right one is.

There is nothing wrong with the health system as it currently exists.  It’s not perfect, but its the only system that doesn’t allow me to put a mortgage on your life to keep me drinking scotch out of ever bigger bottles.  And while not perfect, it’s a darn sight closer to perfect than any of its nearest competitors in other countries.

There is a rush to implement socialized medicine in the U.S. for several reasons.  First is the most basic for leftists, and that’s the power of control over you given to government.  Second is the need to convince you its brilliant before the other Socialist healthcare systems drive their countries into bankruptcy.  (Unless you’re Cuba who has simply stopped supporting any of its other infrastructure in order to prop up its mediocre military and mediocre health care system.) And finally, and possibly the most sinister, is the rush to get people hooked on the access and view it as an entitlement.  In other words, get the needle in their arm… pun intended.

So to sum it up, our health care system could use some scrutiny.  No doubt.  But we need to understand why “private” is a must.

OR

We all need to get bumper stickers reading “It wont be fair until we all have crappy health care” and “I can’t wait to tell you what you can eat.”

Update:

It’s also important to understand that profits organize markets.  In other words, once something becomes a “right” then profit must be removed.  I just had this conversation last evening… and morning… with a friend and her husband.  Both doctors.  She believes Health Care is a Human Right.  And, Insurance Companies should not be making money from it.  I said ‘f*ir enough’, You should work for free too.

This prompted her to change direction quickly and offer there should be a ‘balance’.  I asked her who should be in charge of determining what that balance might be… she began to tell me what the balance should be in today’s dollar amounts.  I asked her why it should be her who determines the ‘balance’?  She couldn’t answer me… she’s not stupid, she knew where I was going.  I simply said “Thank you for illustrating my point.”

Thus the repost.  It was on my mind.  And it’s valuable to recognize that we will be revisiting the same arguments over… and over… and over…

Please Impeach Me.

The Fourth Horseman

What is there to really be afraid of?

Three of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have been here in U.S. for decades wreaking their destruction on our Free-Market Economy.

Our politicians work very hard to not to talk about them.  Instead the focus is placed on social issues or “jobs” or any other myriad topics that serve as a distraction from our impending doom.  However, the three are simply waiting patiently for the fourth.  And he is here.

Those of you who know where I’m going have already identified Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security.  These three Socialist programs have made the U.S. very sick indeed.  The destruction of wealth via the debt created to support these schemes, and the fiscal insolvency the U.S. is a breath away from, is obvious to most reasonable people… unless they are elected to public office.

Suddenly we were told the problems associated with the finest health system in the world (demonstrated by those socialists with enough money to come here for medical attention doing so)  can only be fixed through government control.  A communal approach where the “state” will be the provider of health care to those less fortunate.  Nevermind that those less fortunate regularly receive better care in the U.S. than anywhere else in the world.  Stop thinking!  It’s caring that counts and if you oppose big government controlling your life your mean-spirited.  This has been a dream of the Socialist Party since Woodrow Wilson,  Norman Thomas and FDR.

With the addition of Socialized Medicine to the other three Progressive Utopian programs, the incremental Socialists will have won the war.  And they know it.  This is why the Left has rallied every effort to drag out, slow down or ignore any opposition to a single payer system… while we dither it grows.  Implementation is the key to this rider’s success.  All of the debates, all the equivocations; this part is “good”, this part is “bad” is simply allowing for the building of greater dependency and ultimate “entitlement” status.  From this grand scheme born out of “the best of intentions” will come the final push over the cliff of fiscal insolvency leaving the U.S. to be rebuilt by the very social engineers promoting it.   And, free market capitalism is not in the plans.

In my opinion, to deny this is to deny that we are in trouble.  It is a hard argument to offer that we are not… but many for various reasons still try.  If you recognize the situation for what it is and then refuse to acknowledge the incredible inefficiency associated with everything government does, the waste, fraud and incompetence which go hand in hand with statist programs then you’re naive or you must intend to mislead the American people.  There are many politicians currently in office resembling the latter.

Government controlled medicine is being pushed vigorously by two kinds of the above mentioned politicians; those true believers that capitalism needs to be destroyed and/or those that think they will be long gone by the time it all comes crashing down.  Both think you will continue to vote for them while being dumb enough to believe them when they apologize saying they were “just trying to do the right thing.”  Unfortunately for the rest of us experience has taught them they’re correct.

(Most of us don’t want to assign ill intent… But let me ask you, how do you come to any conclusion other than it is intentional?  How can you think that the people driving us over the cliff don’t intend to do so when politicians unconstitutionally “invest” your social security money, with the best of intentions,  in companies doomed to fail?  Or, just spend it to buy votes… period.  I can hear you saying “Grow up, they all lie, it’s just politics!”  For you, let me point out that they all lie because you and the rest of us allow it… and your cynicism without action is a weak attempt to make yourself feel informed without being informed, while expending no energy to do anything substantive.  You are part of the problem.  You are part of the reason we are here.)

It’s our job to stop freedom destroying, innovation killing, fiscally irresponsible, anti-capitalist ideas like Socialized Medicine.

It is our job to vote out those politicians who support such ideas.

Declaration and Exemption

How do those we disagree with secure power over us?

They declare onerous rules and then exempt everyone, particularly themselves and their associates, from them.  (Can you think of any current examples?)

Why do they do this?

Because in doing so they secure the authority to create the rules… with your acquiescence as demonstrated by your silence.

When they begin making decisions exercising Control over you and you object, they act surprised.  When the time comes to challenge these people, it’s too late.
You have already been marginalized.

Silence is Consent… whether you mean it to be or not.

Unless you confront our leaders whenever they step outside the boundaries set by the U.S. Constitution, you concede your Freedom to them.  You promote your own slavery.  This, of course, requires you knowing what’s in the U.S. Constitution.  You might want to take the five minutes needed to read it.  Then repeat that exercise often.  I do.

By the way, I Declare that I am King of the World.  However, for two years none of you will be effected.

 

It Wasn’t Broken.

Let me ask you…

If you get two flat tires do you trade in your Toyota for an old Yugo?

Our Health Care System was not Broken. We had exactly two problems.

Pre-Existing and Portability.

Both of these things could have been handled without Destroying our entire System of Health Care and Health Insurance.

So you should be asking yourself “Why did the Democrats Force through Obama Care and Why are they willing to deny Veterans Benefits, Social Security Checks, Cancer Treatments and a myriad other things to Protect it… no matter what?”

Clearly it’s not because they Care about the little guy…

The only discernible reason is Ideological. It is Marxist in Origin. And the Leftists will do anything… anything… to keep it in place.

Personally, I would go back, get the car I had and put on a couple of new tires.

 

There is no way to Defund Obamacare

Or, an Open letter to Congress.

Dear RINO’s,

OK.

You might be right.

But that’s not the point… and you, the Establishment Republicans, know it.

The point is to figure out Who is on the side of Socializing Health Care and Who is not.

The Democrats are a known entity. No mystery, or closet Socialists, there.

It’s you, Establishment Republicans, who fear being forced to admit your true beliefs, especially heading into an election cycle… particularly when we are paying attention…

The other point here is to fight every fight… every day… every hour… for the Constitution and the Freedom our Founders intended us to demand.

Socialized Health Care is exactly the opposite of the founding intent. Controlling humans beings is not an Enlightened theory of Government.

Individual Liberty is at stake… Obama Care is the Crown Jewel of Socialism. It is the last piece of a complete surrender to an Elitist/Progressive government that we can never turn back from.

It is the worst possible policy to embrace.  Accepting it in any form is subscribing to the Socialist Paradigm.  The entire thing must be scrapped and only then can we focus on Personal and Portable.

And don’t fool yourself, we know there are plenty of people calling themselves Republican who enjoy the trappings of Socialist ideas such as class stasis and control over the Individual… not to mention the wealth accumulated by having both.

If for nothing else, vote to defund it so we know who are friends of Liberty and Freedom,

and especially those who are Not.

This week the news has been how Union Leaders are upset about the debacle that is Obamacare.

Organized Labor’s James Hoffa, Joseph Hansen and Donald Taylor sent Democrat Leaders Reid and Pelosi a Nasty Gram.

So, after the small smile I return to my senses and wonder why.

Reading the entire missive it becomes clear it has nothing to do with any of the stated reasons.  The only impact the letter was intended to convey was the old “we’ll go public if we have to” warning.

What’s really at the crux of this little feud between Dwindling Labor and The White House?  It’s the delay of the Employer Mandate.  (And now possibly the Individual Mandate.)

All of the language about caring that we are all going to get crappy health care at exorbitant costs is hogwash and meant strictly for public consumption.

The Unions are angry because they were promised, and were counting on, the Employer Mandate resulting in the “kicking off” of millions of individuals from their current health insurance plans.  Which… would then leave the super caring folks at Atrophied Labor to ride in to the rescue with a very powerful recruiting tool… Health Insurance!  And, not just any health insurance… the Good Stuff.

But How you ask?  Well… don’t forget, they have received waivers.  As usual, The Unions are not required to follow the rules.

But, they’ve been Commie Blocked.  The Leftist Powers that Be have decided the preservation of the Crown Jewel of Socialism is far too important to allow it to implode of its own weight.

So the Mob of Three are pissed because they have prepped for a massive recruiting effort which now must be shelved until after the election.  They are pissed because their membership roles are shrinking along with their membership dues.  They are pissed that they had to write the Letter in the first place in order to, or at least attempt to, keep their positioning as caring for the membership, and buy some time.  They are pissed because they know they’ve been had and that they Must support Democrats, full force, to make sure they will be able to collect on the promise Obama made them.  They are pissed because they’ve been played by the Administration.

Hilariously, the Union Bosses have been beaten at their own game.

Don’t think for one second this matters.  Even the White House knows they will do nothing but be obedient servants for the Democrats come the 2014 elections, because if they’re not… they’ll get nothing.

This is reinforced by the Silence from the White House regarding the Letter.

Some people like Football and some like Baseball.  Personally I prefer watching Socialists fight with each other.

If nothing else, It makes me happy… even if it has the impact of an All-star Game.

I’m going to go grab a beer and keep watching.

Why Does NSA Spying Matter?

As most of you know I’m a huge fan of Simple, Powerful and Direct. Particularly when others show the skill.
