Something Funny About that Electoral College Outrage…

Has anyone noticed the “Abolish the Electoral College!” outrage has all but disappeared?

Do you Wonder Why?

Magically, it seems, the scream for Mob Rule by eliminating the Electoral College is nowhere to be found.  This is because the Democrat Socialist Workers Party (DNC) realizes they may just need it if they’re hoping to defeat Trump and secure the White House.  Any Hope they have of moving the country back to the Left may hinge on the Electoral College.

As a note:  To me, this is always a fun, fascinating and enlightening, event in politics.  Anytime a bunch of insincere hypocrites on either side of the aisle abandon the very messaging they swear are ‘foundational’ principles due to political expediency during election cycles you know there is a reason. To me it’s even more profound and educational than more mundane and expected acts of hipocracy once we elect them.  In other words, the issues at hand are either ‘foundational’ as in pure democracy/mob rule or they are not. Clearly, as demonstrated by the deafening sound of silence from the Democrat Socialist Presidential hopefuls, Abolishing the Electoral College is not. Leaving the destruction of the electoral college on the doorstep of the orphanage simply illustrates the demagoguery.

And that’s funny.

However, here’s the upside to this mysterious vanishing of Electoral College hatred, it will come back.
Pay Attention.
If… If… you start hearing, in a Mass Media kind of way, about getting rid of the Electoral College again, prior to November 3rd, 2020… The Democrats will be admitting Defeat.

Mark my word.

These Socialist Authoritarians will never go away, but I find their sudden honesty refreshing.

Frankly, I think they should embrace their reality and go for it.

Suddenly I Understand

We’ve all been watching the ever-expanding revelations emanating from Hollywood with interest.
I have watched with a tinge of sad amusement. Simultaneously enjoying the hypocrisy on display while feeling genuinely disturbed and dismayed at the pain the victims of all of this endure.
But I have changed my mind regarding the Schadenfreude.
While the last few weeks I have been appalled at the level of smug, arrogant, elitist and basically criminal behavior of the Hollywood Socialists…

I suddenly realized why they have lectured the rest of us about how to behave.

I have a rule that I learned very young, “When in doubt, go to someone who knows.”

It dawned on me as I continued to read story, after story, after story, of those who committed these acts and those who knew of such acts committed which directly infringed on the Liberty of others and did nothing… No apologies, no intercessions. Worse yet, many of these instances appear criminal ranging from a mixture Assault, Rape, Molestation and Pedophilia.

Like a bolt of lightening… it struck me.

All these years, The Hollywood Left was just trying to help.

In other words…

Do you want to learn to commit crimes? Who better than the criminals to teach you? Who would know more about such behavior than those who behave that way?

Well, these are the people ‘that know’. This is Hollywood. This is what happens when humans embrace the Elitist mentality of Socialism and all of its variants. Their smart and you’re not… no, you’re something far, far, worse.  You’re Evil… or at least that’s what they project upon you.

So how can you blame them if they think the world outside their sheltered existence is a cesspool worse than their own which all of these Actors/Professional Liars work so hard to accommodate?

I’m often wrong, and when I am I stand up and own it.

These lecturers of virtue are not hypocrites, on the contrary they are practiced, honed and accomplished, purveyors of vice.  They know of which they speak.

I think it’s time for another awards show dedicated to them and their art.

Why does Weinstein Matter?

It’s simple, folks.

To be a Leftist you have to repeat to yourself “I’m one of the Good Guys!” until you believe it. Once you believe that… then you have to convince yourself that ‘every Weinstein of the World is “One of the Good Guys Too” and all those stupid people who oppose us are “Bad Guys”‘.

So think about this….

If Harvey Weinstein is “One of the Good Guys”, then what must these Socialist Liberals believe “The Bad Guys” are like?!

If you haven’t heard this quote I’m not surprised.

I was 1 of the 200 viewers CNN had last night when I heard this. Harvey Weinstein was filling in for Piers Morgan and he had Bill Clinton on as a guest. No… President Clinton did not utter these words. In fact, the former president seemed to have to stifle an guffaw. While he did support the performance of his wife, this statement seemed a little much even for him.
Since Mr. Weinstein has brought this up I thought it could be interesting to revisit some of the past U.S. Secretaries of State… I’ll stick to those you might recognize.

Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, Daniel Webster, John C. Calhoun, James Buchanan, William Jennings Bryan, John Foster Dulles, Henry Kissinger, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice.

My apologies for you history buffs.  I left out some of my favorites as well… but I’m trying to make a point here.

I genuinely think Mr. Weinstein believes this to be true.  Or at least wishes it to be true, then says it out loud and believes it to be true after hearing himself say it.

There may be several reasons for this;

First, outright pandering to the Clinton’s.

Second, everything Mr. Weinstein says is very important to Mr. Weinstein.

Third, he could be a product of the U.S. public school system and be unaware of the existence of the above list of individuals… or even the position of Secretary of State Prior to (odds are) Madeline Albright.

I subscribe to a combination of all three.

The fact that Mr. Weinstein controls one of the most successful media companies and has regular access to your children should cause you a bit of concern.  Keep in mind that your kids consider the movies they see as education, and Mr. Weinstein is doing the educating.
