Force is a terrible idea…

…Unless it’s my idea.

And so goes what passes for debate built on principles of sand.

There is a trick played on us.  It’s a simple trick, a trick for the Simple that is.  And the fact we fall for it is more an indictment of ourselves than those Knaves who play it.

The Trick is to foment a fight were there was none.

The Goal is get Us to concede something we don’t realize we’re arguing about…

It works like this;

If you believe that Force is a wonderful thing and People are too Stupid to know what’s best for themselves… then you also believe that Vaccinations must be compulsory.  In other words, Vaccines save lives and the Masses are too idiotic to choose to get them.  (Explaining the benefits of Vaccines is just not enough and besides it takes too long, and too much effort, to argue the benefits with a bunch of Morons.  You get it… because you’re Smart.  Having to compete in the arena of ideas is just prodding the Sheep into the right decision assuming they accidentally understand your brilliance.)

At the same time, when you know that your ideological opponents profess to believe that Force is a terrible idea and all things should be Voluntary, you create an argument over… say… said Vaccines.  (The topic is interchangeable.)

The Goal is to get your ideological enemy to agree that Force (The foundation of your Progressive ideology) is a Good idea.  Even if they qualify it with the caveat of “Only sometimes”, you have won the Greater Argument your opponent doesn’t even recognize he’s having.

All that remains is who gets to decide what cases qualify as ‘Sometimes’.  And, of course, The Real Power lies in being The Decider.

Once a Liberal has this Foolish Victory they quickly move on to Compulsory Health Care… Compulsory Diet Plans for Public Schools… Compulsory Education…  Compulsory EPA regulations… Compulsory Redistribution… Etc… Etc.  Demanding you go on the record as to exactly WHEN it’s OK to Force.

Now the conversation has moved away from Force as an idea and on to exactly What will be Forced.

From a Progressive point of view, its Brilliant.  It keeps your Ideological Enemies on the Perpetual Defensive and leaves them no option but to be the one’s to say “No”.  (Ever hear the phrase “The Party of ‘No’.?)

Supposed Conservatives fall into this Socialist Trap all the time.  And because they spend little time Thinking about what they think and Why, they deserve it.

The Socialists set their opposition up to get them to concede their principles shift with the wind making them worthless if not non-existent.

Liberal Progressives believe in Force.  They believe you’re Stupid.  They believe the only thing they can count on is given a decision to make you’ll make the wrong one.

That is the divide.

Force versus Freedom.

All arguments reduce to this.

Unfortunately, Conservatives seem content to have Lucy hold the football.

Another example is the “Gay Marriage” debate.

This ‘argument’ has both sides FIGHTING for Government approval.

Do you see the faulty premise here?

Why is the question not “What is Government doing being involved in one’s marriage in the first place?”

Why on Earth would any person, Gay, Straight or Slightly Bent, beg the approval of the Government as a validation of their ‘deeply personal’ marriage.

Why would the debate not center around all partnerships being contractual civil unions between two individuals and leave marriage to the Church of your choice?

Because…

It’s not about validating a union between two people.

It’s only about validating the Concept of Government Interference and Involvement.

It’s about Force…

Telling us who we can, or cannot, marry and charging us a fee for the privilege.

I always thought Charlie Brown should have run as hard as he could and Kicked Lucy in the Head instead.

Seems harsh, but it would be the last time she pulled the ball away.

Until that happens… Republicans have no ground to be surprised when they are accused of being a distinction without a difference in comparison to Democrats.

And that’s just how the Elitist Democrat Socialist Knaves want it.

Odds are when you were in Public School you were not taught the definition of this very important word.

So here we go:

I beg your pardon Justice Stevens, only as I’m polite, but the Second Amendment which is actually the Second Inalienable Right as listed in the Bill of Rights cannot be “Repealed”.  The only reason it appears as an Amendment to the Constitution is for recording purposes.  As you should know, Sir, there was a vociferous debate regarding the placement of them as Amendments rather than leaving them as a stand alone document for the very reason we are dealing with such idiocy today.  Many of the Founding Fathers knew that the remaining Monarchists (about 30% of the population), most of whom had surrendered to the inevitable and thrown in with the ‘Federalists’, would continue to try to position these Inalienable Rights as Amendable by Man.  The idea of one’s right being given to them by other men is the tenent of Monarchy as it is the foundation of Socialism/Communism.  Without one man being able to force another man to do what he wants there would be no governing paradigm resembling the above.  It is always about force, Mr. Stevens.  Our Freedom rests on being able to resist it.

This is exactly why Free Speech and an Armed Populace is integral to a Free Society.

The Bill of Rights was debated down to its simplest form so Every Man could understand it, rich and Poor alike.  Simple, Powerful and Direct.  The Bill of Rights is the Maxim for Human Freedom.

It has been proven over and over throughout history and continues to be illustrated around the World.

The absence of an armed population, given enough time, always ends in Tyranny.  We do not need to repeat the errors of the past which has demonstrably resulted in Oppression, Death and Destruction of Human life.

We should be past that here in the United States.

But, Mr. Stevens, thank you for your input.  It’s important for us to remember that people like you still exist… and always will.  It’s also important for all of us to recognize that such an oppressive mindset can rise to the highest levels of our government.  We need to be vigilant and more careful.

The Default State of economics…

Many years and countless hours of studying Socialist countries has presented me with two absolute and demonstrable facts.
First, Socialism never works no matter how much your local Socialist wants or wishes it too.  Or for that matter, tells themselves it does.
Second, Free Market Capitalism is the default state of economics.

Without fail, once established and entrenched, a socialized economy gives birth to a separate and “unequal” system of trade.

A system of trade that is not controlled by the state. It has many names such a black, grey, underground and illegal… but those in charge never call it “free” which is exactly what it is.  (In Russia there was a simple rule everyone lived by… if you see a line get in it.  They knew that whatever was at the other end, whether they wanted it or not, could be traded for something they did want.)

The Socialists have attempted every imaginable idea to stop Capitalism in its tracks but  have succeeded only in slowing it down and creating distortions which they then blame on the very free market they distorted.

They stare dumbfounded at a system of trade that does not require their genius, planning or input, to be successful.

So, Throughout history the Free Market has ruled unmatched in it’s success and durability as the premier economic system.
(An aside: I’ve encountered a school of liberalism (a poorly educated one) that has labeled Free Market trade as “Smithian Capitalism”. I would remind these Elitist Know Nothings that Smith was simply an observer and recorded what had been evident for millennia. Just because he was the first to organize it on paper does not make him the architect of voluntary trade.)
Free trade has flourished under monarchies and Marxism alike.

It cannot be stopped… but that seems to be one of the tenets of our present day, home-grown Socialists. There is an ongoing effort to slow Capitalism down with policy issues like global warming which then lead to ideas like cap-and-trade etc. Ironically it is the resistance from the rest of the socialized world which stands in the way of these ill-founded ideas… the Communist Chinese understand the value of free market trade which is why Hong Kong has been left alone.  But they also recognize the inability to control a population enjoying a Free-Market, which is why they have not officially adopted the economic system for China proper.
But the point is, when the superiority of Free Market Capitalism is recognized even by those who wish to see it go away, you have to ask yourself why are we still fighting with these same types of people at home?
I have and will continue to offer it is about Power and Control… it is about a mindset that see themselves so superior to you that the concept of not making your decisions for you is unthinkable. In their minds, It is about keeping you from always making the wrong choice because you’re too stupid to know better.
We finally have a single country, in the United States of America, founded on the beneficial evidence of  individual rights, voluntary trade and property rights.  And the Left can’t leave it alone.

I’m tired of placating these people and their oppressive ideas coated with a candy glaze of “fairness”.  Simply being born in a country doesn’t make it “yours”. If we are not racists then we should surely not be “Geographists” either. We should organize ourselves according to ideas on  Individual Freedom and Liberty.  Those who do not believe in how this country was founded need only find a country where their ideas fit in.

Socialists already own most of the planet… how is that working out for them?  Surely the EU could use the brilliance of our modern day Left to help them put their Socialist Utopia back in order.

Deterrence:

b : the maintenance of military power for the purpose of discouraging attack

This is Why the 2nd Amendment, the Inalienable Right to Bear Arms, is integral to your Freedom.  The 2nd Amendment is simply a recognition of a Right every Human possesses.

Inalienable:

incapable of being alienated, surrendered, or transferred

It cannot be taken away, or surrendered by any man.

You have these rights.  Those in charge can pretend to take them away, and continue to try to convince you they can, but they are yours and will always be so.

The Founding Fathers understood this and made sure to put them in a place everyone would see them.

But Why?

Were they Gun Nuts?  Did they Hate Kids?  Were they just a bunch of Idiots?

Let’s think this through…

Simply put, The Inalienable Right to Defend yourself Deters all manner of bad behavior.

The Right to Bear Arms deters; criminals from breaking into your home, criminals from robbing you on the street, criminals for confiscating your home, criminals from hurting your family, criminals from enslaving you, criminals from oppressing you in every way imaginable.

The ‘compromise’ we have made with those who wish to wield power over us via physical or legal thuggery is deterrence… not prevention.  This is because we recognize there must be certain agreements in place to make sure we don’t inadvertently physically infringe on our neighbors individual rights.  We call this Government.  But our form of Government is designed to be very, very, slow.  Our form of Government is designed to promote the solution to our disagreements be found locally and personally by intentionally being slow to respond.  It is also designed to recognize our right to defend that which is ours beginning with our lives, our bodies and our property.  But most importantly, it is designed to give Individuals every opportunity to resist it.

The tacit acknowledgement of consequences, should enough of us choose to resist our Government, is the only thing standing in the way of our returning to historically ugly types of Rule such as the rest of the world still suffer today.

In the United States bad people, such as racists, thieves or politicians, must think hard before infringing on your Inalienable Right to Live Free.

But it doesn’t mean they won’t try.

That’s the Beauty, the Brilliance…

One doesn’t even have to possess a weapon.  The idea that someone around you might be armed is often enough to discourage, or deter, a Bad Actor from Acting Badly.

All of us must start by understanding that the 2nd Right in the Bill of Rights is not only responsible for the very Freedom you enjoy as you read this but assists in protecting it from this point forward.  Those who pine for power and want to Force you to do what they think is right without Argument or Recourse wish nothing more than to remove that Right, that Obstacle to their control, from you any way they can.

It’s that simple.

Sadly, our publicly educated Masses have been indoctrinated in Socialism, a sinister governing theory crafted by the 19th Century’s disenfranchised aristocrats, which promises equality with a deadly wink and a nod.  Most of us do not consider ourselves Communists/Socialists and if we do its most often because our educators have intentionally hidden the history of this poisonous idea from us.  We have been brought up being taught to believe those in positions of power are magically no longer human… Somehow our Politicians, Teachers and Law Enforcement Officers are not fallible, not self-interested, not ignorant or ill educated in any way.  We have been programmed to see them as beyond reproach and existing only for the well-being of others.  We have been taught that because of this we should obey them without question.  We have been convinced that we humans have somehow evolved to a more enlightened existence… even when presented with contrary evidence every waking moment of our lives.

In other words, too many of us have been Fooled, and because of that we are now being employed as Useful Idiots.

It is up to the Few of us left who understand what The United States means to the World to educate our friends and neighbors about American Exceptionalism and why we are the Brightest Beacon of Light for the Global Oppressed.  We have to explain the reasons so many of those outside of this great nation founded During the Age of Reason often sacrifice everything to live out their lives here.  We have to shout out loud why so many wish to escape to The United States of America…  And we must resolutely explain why any effort to reverse our unique course and return to the Oppression, Death, Destruction and Slavery of Mankind which is currently called Socialism must be resisted at every turn.

It is incumbent upon us to communicate how our Bill of Rights in its entirety makes us Great as it accommodates the permanent state of Human imperfection.

We should ask our friends to look around… and have them ask; “Why does no other Country on Earth Dare to recognize the Individual Human Right to such Freedom?”

The answer is historically obvious.  Those in power are fully aware that such and acknowledgement would drastically and permanently diminished that power.  Those in Control always wish to Remain in Control.  Our recognition of our Inalienable Rights by enshrining them in the First 10 Amendments of our Founding Documents was expressly designed to deter such behavior.

We’re Exceptional exactly because we have broken with Man’s long History of Oppression and Slavery.  We have broken with the Reign of Kings, Divine Right to Rule and Holy Blood Lines.  We have defied thousands of years and thousands of previous governing theories to create a miracle.

It is clear and easy to understand, unless you intentionally choose not to.

In the end…

You can no more ban individual’s weapons than you can ban individual’s speech because both are essential ingredients in the Worlds only recipe for Individual Freedom.

At this time we are seeing both being threatened.

The Value of Outrage

Not the Value of Freedom.

It has become clear this morning our Public Schools have abandoned the mission of educating our youth in areas of study such as History, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Instead, the curriculum rests entirely within the Power and subsequent Value of Outrage.

Sadly, as is the new normal, the Media is providing fuel to this negligence.

I’m actively watching Florida Students being used as useful tools for a Socialist Left who would prefer the rights of American Citizens to defend themselves against their ideas be removed from our nation’s Bill of Rights.

I have yet to see a single student asked by our ‘interested’ press to explain the First and Second Amendments followed by the other Eight they shelter.

Frankly, I’ve yet to hear anything other than emotion nourished by ignorance.

No one likes it when our friends and family are murdered… regardless of how it happens.  This is not new to the Human experience.  And it will never go away.  Not ever.

But given this latest demonstration of a profound failure to understand what the idea of The United States means to the World I can only think it is no wonder that American Exceptionalism is now considered a Slur given we have made such a concerted effort to create so very many Unexceptional Americans.

If the Children are our Future, we should Care More.

No Plan “B”

It has become clear to me that the total meltdown we are witnessing after the Trump Victory is due to a simple fact. The Democrat Socialists, in this country and world over, had no plan “B”. The Leftists had believed they had “won” in regard to wresting control of every governing apparatus in every country on Earth. It seemed their march to a One World Socialist Utopia no longer had any real opposition and all that remained was a jockeying for position within the power structure established to rule over it.

Whoops.

Now they are watching helplessly as their tireless drive to imprison us all under a single power is being dismantled.

A Few weeks ago there was an open letter being circulated reportedly from Georges Soros, the Financial Champion of Global Socialism, lamenting this latest turn of events. In that letter he speaks of Karl Popper being a major influence on his world view. That explains a lot.
While Popper is supposedly considered one of the “greatest” 20th century philosophers, I will leave that to you, I don’t share that view for a simple reason. Karl Popper wanted to be everybody’s friend.  He is what we would today call a “Moderate”.

He believed, erroneously, that all the governing theories could be reconciled. In other words, Everybody could be right and we all could get along.  On the face of this assertion it seems nice… to the point of flowery.  However, it does not take a monumental amount of critical thinking to recognize that most of us do not share a sense of ‘fairness’ and ‘congeniality’ with Socialist Dictators and Thugs who have anointed themselves, their associates and family, with brilliance, sometimes even divinity, and view their role as one which is to ‘take care of the unwashed masses’.

On the site where I found the letter, again purportedly from Mr. Soros, a reader commented accurately pointing out the primary flaw in Popper’s idea was his subscription to Plato and what has been called Platonic Paternalism. (The reader then goes off the rails and promotes pure democracy… but at least he was half right.)  This idea of Paternalism implies that we ‘elect’ leaders to take care of us… read that again… Take Care of Us… not just represent us. There is a vast difference in the two positions.  These are profound differences which separate Representative Republics from Democracies. One necessarily requires Unlimited Government in the name of “taking care of the people”, the other requires Limited Government in the name of “Protecting Individual Liberty and Freedom”, thus making these two governing theories irreconcilable or ‘mutually exclusive’.  You can not depend on someone else taking care of you and be “Free” in any meaningful sense of the word.  And, inversely, one cannot be “Free” but not shoulder the responsibility of taking care of themselves, or suffering the consequences of their actions, without the promise by an individual with the power to force others to come to your aid or hold you unaccountable… as eventually it will be you who is forced to provide that aid or look the other way.  (Again, as always, “Force” comes into play when speaking of functional Socialism.)

The letter also illustrated a view shared by all ‘educated’ Socialists. Free Market Capitalism protected by Limited Government which is protected by Transitory Power simply does not exist as a Governing Option.

It’s that simple folks.

You’re insane.

The reason you will never be able to have a cogent conversation about Freedom and Liberty of the Individual protected by a Limited Government (America as it was founded) with a Democrat, and Frankly many of those calling themselves Republicans, is because they don’t see what you believe in as an option. It is not on the spectrum of their chosen reality.  There is no room for it.

This explains some of the massive disconnect when trying to have an argument of ideas. You understand that the Oppression, Death and Destruction which is Socialism is in reality a Governing Theory, and it is available to all who want it. You get it. They, on the other hand, see no other option… none.  Socialism is where it starts and stops, all that remains to fight over is what flavor of it ‘works’ and who’s going to be in charge.

When you hear Fascists and ‘Conservatives’ both being called “Right Wing”, this is why. Socialists do not acknowledge that your idea of Limited Government and Individual Freedom exists… so they have no where else to put you but in the far “Right” side of the Socialist Spectrum where there remains some semblance of private property rights (Fascism). To classify you outside of that spectrum is to admit there is an option other than the Soft Slavery of Socialism. That, to them, cannot be allowed.

There is no question their apple cart is being upended with Brexit, Trump and soon France, Germany, etc. But these are minor set-backs for people like Soros who are lamenting not the failure of their poisoned worldview but the fact they will not see its realization within their limited life span. The war for the Ultimate Minority, the Individual, has not been won. The Socialists have permeated the machine which is government world over. If we the people fail to understand why these ideas are like Oil and Water then the Individual is doomed.

But Wait!

The good news is because of the hubris found on the side of the Socialists there is a pin prick of light peaking in.

They have no plan “B”.

There is no fallback position in place, they have lost momentum.

There is hope…  assuming the Forces of Individual Freedom and Liberty are ideologically united.

Are we?

President Feckless

There has been much talk lately about our President being Feckless.

I cannot stand idly by and allow such charges to go unchallenged!

Our President deserves the respect he has earned and I’m here to offer a defense in his absence.

President Obama is quite an accomplished Fecker.

He has employed his talent to Feck up:

The Middle East – on Fecking fire.

The Economy – Completely Fecked.

Our Health Care – Fecked and getting even more Fecked.

The Free Market – Fecked-Up Beyond All Recognition.

He continues to Feck with our personal liberty, our freedom and our property rights.

Frankly, he came into office promising to Feck-up everything in his “Blue print for America” and he has accomplished many of his Fecking goals.

So anyone accusing him of being Feckless is simply wrong, he has Fecked-up almost everything.

I think he has done a fantastic job Fecking everyone.

And, I don’t know about you but I feel like I’ve been Fecked enough by the President.

But I guess there are still folks out there who need some more Fecking…  (They’ll be voting for Bill’s wife.)

While I happen to agree with the Fascism charge… is it ‘racist’ to disagree with the Oppression, Despair, Destruction and Death directly tied to the ideology of Socialism?

Keeping You A Useful Idiot for over 100-years…

I can attest, it is a dark day when you wake up and realize that you are the useful idiot you have been warning everyone about.

My epiphany happened about 25 years ago.

For the vast number of you, it hasn’t happened yet.

And that’s why we’re here…

Ask yourself “What if I am a useful idiot?”

I know… an open-minded, brilliant, independent, thinker such as yourself can not be swayed by those who wish to “pull one over on you”. You “see” what’s going on. You “Get it”.  It’s everyone else that’s the problem.

You might be right.

But you might not be…

Let’s talk about just a few of the ways those in power keep you ignorant and pliant. Let’s consider how they play the game, and how you keep falling for it. Let’s think… about how you may not actually “Get It”.

Here’s Three prominent topics:

Gay Marriage, Reducing the Deficit and Keeping you Safe.

Once you understand it, it becomes easier to spot.  Those in Power frame an argument that you can never win, even when you think you have… because no matter the outcome, it keeps them in Power.

I know you fall for this because you’re “smart” and you “care”.  In fact, you’re so motivated to “educate” those ignorant of whatever plight you’ve adopted as important… you’re willing to misspell a sign, grab a corporate coffee and defile a park just to spread the word.

So let’s get started.

First up; Gay Marriage.

Whether you fought for the “right” to get married as a homosexual, or whether you believe marriage should be between only a man and a woman… you’re wrong. You’re being used. (read that again… and again if you have to.)

Okay Gay folks… you’re not fighting for a “right” to anything but begging some county bureaucrat to validate your marriage. You are begging some random fool to tell you that you are legitimate.  Haven’t thought about it that way? Well you should have. There’s no excuse for failure to think critically. Your marriage is none of the government’s damned business, period. The Government should never have had the power to determine who can and who cannot get married. It should be as insulting as it is abhorrent. (It’s get’s worse when you find out that the power to “grant” marriage licenses was born out of the racist inclinations of those powerful individuals of the past. Can’t have our kids marrying those blacks folks now can we. Did I fail to add disgusting?)

Okay you Only a Man and a Woman folks… many, if not all of you, would tell me to my face that Government is “Too Big” and involved in places “it does not belong!”. Well no sh*t. And this is one of them. The issue of who can be “married” and who cannot is strictly between you and your church. Period. Government has no place determining whose marriage should be valid and whose should not. It’s none of their damned business. And… it’s none of yours unless you’re the one getting married… in your church. And if you don’t like it, change churches. But the only action Government should be involved in when it comes to marriages is recording the civil union contract if the parties desire.

Here’s what’s truly amazing as it has to do with both of you folks, you’re both useful idiots. Why?

Because both of your arguments retain Government Power as the ultimate decider. And being the decider is all those in love with Government Force want and need. You are being played.

Next up; Reducing the Deficit.

This one you’ll hear repeatedly during election years. One or both of the candidates will first promise to “reduce the deficit”. Do you know what that means? Clearly most of you do not. It means they are promising to reduce THE SPEED that we are racing to the cliff of fiscal oblivion, ie. the point at which money means nothing.

This often morphs into “I will balance the budget!”, which is equally stupid and embraced by those brilliant, independent, thinkers filling the useful idiot space. We are over 20-Trillion Dollars in Debt. I don’t care who you are… you cannot conceive the size of 20,000,000,000,000. Your mind is not designed to wrap around such an absurdity. A “balanced budget” is as equally absurd as it is meaningless.

But no matter which side you fall on, keeping you useful requires you lapping up such pabulum.

The only effort that has any meaning is reducing the actual Debt. Not reducing the growth of the debt… or even halting the growth of the debt. The only strategy, which is not idiotic, is faithfully reducing the National Debt. Period. But how useful would you be if you limited, or even better yet rolled back, the ability of politicians and bureaucrats to spiff their Friends, Families and Donors with not just your money, but the money from your Great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandchildren?

So, you will hear them use the words “Deficit” and “Debt” interchangeably as if they are the same thing… and you will find yourself, and those around you, shaking your heads enthusiastically because you, my friend, are a brilliant thinking, not easily fooled, smarter than your friends, useful idiot.

Finally, Keeping You Safe.

Again, no matter where you fall on this the odds are you’re wrong.

Those in power need you to believe it’s their responsibility to “Keep you Safe”.

By doing this they get you to concede every argument in their favor. You abdicate all power to the Government. You are the most useful of all idiots.  Only Veal enjoys such safety.  Are you Veal?  Would you like to be?

I will put this as simply as I can…

It is the Government’s responsibility to keep My Freedom and My Liberty Safe.  (Yours too.)

It is My responsibility to keep Me and My Family Safe.  (Again… goes for you too.)

In other words, I and I alone will decide what kind of car I should drive… if a family vacation to Syria is a good idea… if eating free range, cage free, bran muffins is the secret to good health and fulfills my responsibility to Mother Earth… if my family of 15 needs a One Bedroom House, or a Shoe… if I need to have a gun to defend myself and my family… if I prefer one doctor over another… if I need to read the Bible, Ayn Rand or the Audacity of Hope, every night before bed.

My Freedom and My Liberty require the acceptance of a certain level of Danger… a Danger which I alone must be responsible to defend against.

Government, whether it’s the Police Department, Fire Department, Sheriff, FBI Agent, NSA Agent, Lehman Brothers Lobbyist or the friendly EPA Global Commons Communist, are all SECOND RESPONDERS.

You… you… you… are the only “First Responder” in your life.  Only you are “on the scene” when you need you.

Nothing is without cost!  So buck up and fight for your Freedom and Liberty while providing for your Safety.  Or, join the Society to have Government Treat People like Veal.  I hear they have super-fun meetings.

If you fail to understand the above then you are in need of waking up.

Don’t be an Idiot.  But if you have to be… don’t be a Useful one.
