On Being 13-year old Boys….

I typically don’t care about personal petty fights between semi-celebrities, but this one serves a purpose.

Glenn Beck and Milo Yiannopoulis are having a tiff.

Who?!

Right.

No worries… if you care enough you can look it up, or click on the link above.  But the names and personalities don’t matter all that much for what I’m about to offer.

Allow me to sum this up quickly:  Beck called Milo a “hurt 13-year old Boy”, and he may be right.  Milo called Beck a ‘Pontificating, Self Absorbed, Unaware Leftist attempting to elevate himself above others’ (my words as Milo uses a lot of them), and he may be right.  Bare in mind I like them both for different reasons.

What I’m interested in here is the ’13-year old boy’ comment.

Our politics and the approach to voters has been designed to appeal to 13-year old boys.

Some of us, for various reasons, were taught early on to craft messages that could be easily understood by 7th and no more than 8th grade educated individuals.  It has been the approach of mass media since mass media has been around.  And… it works.

The Left has mastered this.

I expect no one here will recall, but I have compared Lenin to reading the diary of a petulant 12-year old.  Agree or disagree, I’ve read lots, and lots, and lots, of him and that’s my take.

If you have read Alinsky… you will get the same feel.  From dedicating his most famous work to Lucifer… for the shock value (as he was making money at the time training Catholic Priests how to ‘Community Organize’ on the South Side of Chicago), to explaining the benefits of staging “Fart protests”.  (I kid you not.  Fart-ins.  But I will not do the work for you.  Makeaneffort.)

Even Abby Hoffman was clear in his communication to young Leftists that no one over 30 can be trusted.

The Socialists in this country have been treating their followers as 13-year old boys, well basically, forever.

It has given them full control over the United States.

So, in many ways, Beck is right about Milo.  (If you don’t follow Milo you are not paying attention.  Some of you know I have a list of people to pay attention to.  Add Milo to that list.  I’m not saying you should like the way he presents his opinions… but that’s the point here.)

Milo has taken, as I believe the entire Trump Campaign has taken, a page out of the Leftist playbook and is hammering them with it.  They are treating the voters like they are 13-year old boys.

And… it is working.

You might be saying to yourself; “I Don’t want to be treated like a 13-year old boy!”

Me neither.  I consider myself closer to 11-years old in most ways.

But let me state this one more time…

IT’S WORKING!

I have to confess I have moved away from the Breitbart website as it has become the Everything Trump is Awesome site.  And I know, from his own words, that Andrew did not favor Trump.  But I think the tactic of using the Left’s Demeaning and Elitist Approach to Everything against them fits comfortably within a strategy Andrew would embrace.  In other words, I think Breitbart would be okay with what his heirs are doing as it relates to fighting an entrenched Socialist Establishment on both sides of the aisle.

Think about this for a moment, we see the media in this country claim the aura of superiority over you, the unwashed masses, by simply not acting like 13-year old boys.  I’m not implying they are smarter or better educated, I’m simply saying their positions of authority are based entirely upon talking down to you. The Press behave just like a 13-year old boy would… they act ‘older, wiser and more experienced’ when in fact they’re not.  They are that 13-year old boy that lies about having had sex and then goes on to instruct everyone else on how’s it’s done.

This is also true for the Elitist A-holes like our Progressive Political class.  It keeps them in charge.  They act as though they have the answers… but they have failed to solve a single problem… ever.  Not one.  Not Poverty, Not Equality, Not any single problem they have defined as needed fixing have they solved and they’ve been in control for almost 110-years.

But here’s what they know…

You don’t need to fix anything, you just need to act like you have the answers.  You need to act like you care.  The 13-year old’s will believe you.

They are taught this.

I know this to be true.  I have taught it.

Why?

Because… it works.

So if you’re going to allow them to get away with it then why shouldn’t we embrace these tactics when so much is at stake.

And that is the question, isn’t it?

Do you think there is any hope left of returning The United States of America to the brilliance it once held as the Greatest Experiment in Self-Government the World has ever known?

Or, have you given up?

For the record, I am an Ideological purist.  I’m not going to go into Trump or anything else beyond that in this post as there are over 1300 bits right here on this site which you look at on your own if you care.  The reason I’m stating it outright is I share many Libertarian traits with Beck… and Milo…  So, while Milo is acting a child, Beck is indeed a pontificating A-hole.

In the end, nothing can be worse than electing an Effectual Socialist (Hillary) to control over 1/3 of our government.  (Someone want to fight with me about ‘over’ the 1/3?  It’s not a mistake I tapped it out that way intentionally.)

Whether we like it or not, we are a Nation of 13-year old boys.  (Even the Girls.)

It’s right here in front of us;  the poor excuses passing for logic, the feelings over solutions, intent instead of outcome, the importance of looking cool and caring at the cost of genuinely helping, the demand of an allowance from your parents, the obsession with undefinable platitudes like Fairness and Love, the overwhelming drive to offend but never to be offended, the attempt to elevate ourselves above others by appearing smart when we are not and, of course, the potty jokes.  The fact we accept all, let alone any, of this illustrates what we face.

In the end, these two semi-celebrities are right about each other.  One is clinging to the approach of educating the public and bringing them to an elevated understanding of the world.  The other has that higher level of understanding, but is attempting to appeal to a constituency who has been fully indoctrinated by Leftists… not to be educated thinking humans… but to nurture their low self-esteem, to covet their victim-hood and… to respond favorably to potty jokes.

These two are on the same side in the end… and they should refocus their energy on the real enemy which is Socialism.

Leaving no insult un-turned is a Classic Leftist tactic.

It’s the Trump Campaign… and it’s working.

We just need to make sure we continue to use it on the right folks.

The Enemy Within

For the handful of you that haven’t already realized the Republican Party has been compromised by the Liberal Left and their Fascist Ideology…

As a Parting Gift, John Boehner has just handed the Progressives unlimited spending.

This is on the heels of a mock election for the Speaker of the House which Boehner immediately canceled when it became clear the Leftist Establishment was not going to get the outcome they wanted.

Now the Banana Republicans have achieved their goal by anointing Paul Ryan as the Next Speaker for the House of Representatives.

If it isn’t clear by now…

You’ve been used.  You’re still being used.

From the faux opposition to Obama Care, a poorly disguised pathway to Single Payer Socialized Medicine, which allows for total control over everything you do. and will do, to takeover of the banks by the very Leftists who caused them to fail in the first place… from where, and when, you’ll be allowed to travel, to what kind of wage you’ll be allowed to earn… from what you eat and read, to what activities you’ll be permitted to participate in.  All of these things will be decided for you by Socialists with ‘the best of intentions’. In fact, it’s already started in school lunch programs and mandatory insurance policies.

The Democrats and their RINO counterparts will tell you “It’s about your happiness, health and well-being after all.”  No allowing of your Individual Freedom.  Certainly no allowing your right to choose.

The fact all the above serves to solidify the permanent power of those Leftists on both sides of the aisle, and their progeny, is to be ignored by you.

When the message is,

‘Do not understand ‘why’ America is exceptional.  Do not demand Political Ideology and Governing Theory be clearly espoused, and more importantly demonstrated, by ‘your guy’.  Do not Require your Government return to the Constitution’s Original Intent and Expressed Limitations.’

When you’re being told,

‘It’s too Late.  Nothing Can be done about it.  Government will always be corrupt so you might as well get yours.’

It has begun.

What should you be feeling?

Bitter… Betrayed… Angry… Scared… Frustrated… Motivated…

Make no mistake, there is a war going on right in front of you.

The Enemy is Within.

It’s time to pick a side within the Republican Party.  It’s time to Defeat the Cancer that has led this country into Fiscal Insolvency and Democratic Socialism.   It’s time to Think… forcefully.

You will have no friends.

The Holy Grail of Truth

The Holy Grail of Truth has been found!  It bears the name LexisNexis!  And it quenches the thirst of all who partake of its’ contents.

Now, gone are the days when snake tongued politicians could say whatever you wanted to hear and leave you beguiled.  Present are the days of refining our selection of representatives by their intellectual honesty and integrity.

Rejoice!

As the digital age has bestowed upon us the ability to remember, or at least be reminded.
We find strength in knowing that this election cycle and every one of them from this point forward will be a subject of easy access to words, and acts, from long ago.  Information previously held tightly by the self anointed.

Rejoice!

Now the aspiring leaders and representatives of the people will be subject to our review and held accountable for actions no longer forgotten.  Joy will be realized as we revel in the words of our ideological enemies used as weapons against them.  And, Hope will be nurtured as those words are used to hone a new class of ideologically consistent champions.

We, the people, can now recount promises with perfect accuracy and rate performance according to what was pledged.  No longer can there be the disingenuous claims of “That’s not what I said!” or “That’s not what I meant!” as all is now available to any who will listen… and watch.

Hear the lament of those who held sway over opinion… an overt pine for the bygone days of Information Monarchies and Editorial Princes.  But don’t find truth there…
It is exactly that which they disdain which saves us.  It is the crumbling of information Kingdoms and fragmentation of the Old Media Church combined with the new age of the Gutenberg Press that has changed the face of modern politics… for the better… and forever. It is why there is any faith to be found in what is a brilliant system whose primary participant, the electorate, has been mis-lead to a communal end by a Leftist Aristocracy.

So raise a chalice and,

Fear not!  The End is Not Near!

Passing time watching MSNBC, trying to hear someone say Obama did well…

(Update:  I’ve been told that the Decade old crumpled suit and “look like you just spent the night in the trunk of a cab shaking off a bender” is all part of a schtick MSNBC uses to separate their personalities.  Maddow is the petulant Prepubescent boy, Al Sharpton is… well, Al Sharpton.  And, Mathews is the Homeless Woman with the complexion of a worn out Leather Purse and Smokers Growl.  All Cartoons… which I’m told makes it easier for their audience to comprehend.  It’s something to do with the target demographic spending too much time in their parents basements playing video games.  So… I get it now.  Thank you all for the clarification.)

But some things still make me laugh, and seem strangely relevant today.

The Ease of Appeasement

President Obama mentioned in the lead up to the debates that he had the benefit of “dealing” with “just about every issue” imaginable having been president for four years.
I’m not sure we share the same definition of “dealing with” issues.
In fact, I would offer that a foreign policy of Appeasement allows a president to imply he’s doing something when in reality doing nothing at all.

But with that comment another comment came into perspective.

I think you’ll recall “the private sector is doing fine…”.

If you apply the same Appeasement approach to Domestic Policy then suddenly this bizarre utterance makes sense.  President Obama actually does think the private sector is doing fine.  If he didn’t, he would have to get engaged and do something about it… so it must be FINE… it has to be FINE.

It’s almost as if he just doesn’t want to be president.  I feel the same way.

President Obama is a Socialist.  This is not news to any serious thinker on either side of the aisle.

By not getting involved in foreign affairs… and not reforming government intrusion into domestic affairs… he allows the march of socialism to continue unabated.  This is his desire.

It’s so easy…  all he has to do is nothing.  No bothersome intelligence, or economic, briefings he has to attend, no committee, council or commission time-wasters to show up at.  Painless!

Think about it for just a moment.

The few things he has accomplished have only served to hasten the United States’ move into a fully socialist state.  I shouldn’t need to list any of these accomplishments, but I will… Obama Care, An Explosion in new EPA Regulations on the Private Sector, A Doubling of the National Debt, A Quadrupling of the Money Supply, aka Devaluation of the Dollar, the Nationalization of a Car Company , the Explosion in Government Workers, a complete melt down in the Middle East, Domestic Drone Surveillance and a tripling in Domestic Phone Taps, Suing States to Prevent Voter Identification and the list goes on.

None of which I would suggest is beneficial to the overall health of a Capitalist country.

But wait, he did kill Osama Bin Laden… but I thought we couldn’t talk about that because it makes the terrorists angry and they attack and kill our Ambassadors abroad.  And I thought the death penalty was anathema to the Left… particularly an execution… apparently I need a Leftist to sort all of that out for me.

When the world is headed in what you think is the right (Socialist/One World) direction, why get involved and only interfere?

Appeasement is painless when momentum is in your favor.

Unfortunately, momentum is in his favor.

Enjoy the debates… don’t drink too much, we need you at your private sector job tomorrow.

I’m Going to Lose!

But this isn’t just about Managing Debate Expectations of a President that is tethered to a teleprompter…

Let me ask you when in your lifetime can you recall a President, or any elected official for that matter, publically stating he may not do well in upcoming debates?  Take your time.

That’s what I thought.

This is about writing history before you can write it for yourself. This is about telling us why we think Barack Obama lost.  The Democrats, and their Media outlets, must control why you and the rest of the world believe the President was defeated.

After watching the last 72 hours of the news cycles I’m convinced that the President knows he is going to lose.  I don’t mean lose the debates, although he knows that too, I mean the entire election.  And, not only does he know that, the Democratic Party elites know that as well.

As we’ve talked about before, the Democrat Party will support Obama right up until they feel he will be defeated… and that time has come.  The long knives are out and this President will be thrust upon his failed foreign policy by his previously loyal Liberal allies… for the sake of the party.

You must understand why this is happening.  The Democrat party cannot allow this president to be defeated on the basis of his socialist economic views or his socialist approach to foreign policy.  In other words, yes, he will lose… but not because he is a Socialist.  That can simply never happen.

If the Democrats fail to control the narrative and the conversation turns to one of ideology, they know they will lose not only the presidency but their entire philosophical foundation.  That can also never happen.

So the full court press of message control and damage control is on.  It starts with this run up to the debates.

Obama will lose the debates… all of them.

You will be told he lost them because the Middle East has erupted into a cauldron of hatred and deeply seeded wish for the destruction of “the west”.  It will be positioned carefully that the situation “while outside of his control” occurred on his watch and the American people are holding him responsible because they just don’t understand.  (read: not smart enough to see what great president he is.)

The talking heads will do everything they can to move the economy to the back burner if not off of the stove completely.

Obama must be cast as a victim, in this case, of the world.

This now becomes all about Statist Party Preservation. While this presidents Ego is so large, and he has surrounded himself with just the right number of sycophants that tell him he can win, I do not think he is stupid.  He sees, just as I do, members of his party hitting the news nets and openly questioning his policies.  As I stated at the beginning of this key pounding, I have watched the press carefully this week.  It is clear to me that the rats are running down the ropes.

I invite you to do the same.  Begin to watch closely.  We effectively have 4-weeks until decision 2012… start looking for the Democrat Elder Statesmen, as well as random Liberal Spokespersons, to condemn this administration for its handling of the Benghazi attack and the current Middle East situation. Look for the same behavior on Fast and Furious which is back on the table thanks to Univision, not exactly a  bastion of conservation thought.  Remember, Obama will lose because of ANYTHING but being a Socialist.  (Pay no attention to the Republicans as I expect it from them… but specifically the Democrats who if not cheerleading should be very, very quiet this close to a Presidential election where their guy needs their support.)

Don’t miss the Debate on Wednesday night.  It should be worth it.  I’m going to count the “uh’s” and “um’s” as well as any other guttural pauses which may occur.  My record for a Obama speaking event is currently 161.  It keeps it interesting when they’re busy saying nothing.  Warning… do not make this a drinking game unless you plan to take the rest of the week off.
