What is the FBI actually up to when it comes to Apple?

To understand you have to get your mind around where we are today.
We are on the precipice of created secure communication that relies on identifiers such as voice recognition, retina identification, speech pattern and tone, facial recognition… anon. We will soon see phones and devices that only respond to the specific individual who ‘owns’ therm. We will be able to send messages, voice, text, etc. that only the intended recipient can access.

The Government sees this clearly…

Since Government views Private Communication as a Weapon.

They are simply attempting to make creation of such ‘encrypted’ communication illegal to distribute to The Public without an ability to defeat it being simultaneously created.

In other words, they are trying to get ahead of the technology by seeking a precedent through the courts which would require companies to cease creation of ever more secure communications (again, For the Public…) which they, the Government and the Company itself, cannot access through a back door. Every encryption program would require a key, built-in decoding or means of access for third a third-party.

The FBI would be fine (currently) with Apple being the only one with the ability to access your phone as long as the Government has legal precedent on their side to Force Apple, or whatever company owning the tech, to comply with their demand of information.  If the Company in question refuses to comply… in typical Socialist-Fascist behavior, the Government destroys the company.

Keep in mind, Deciphering messages is ‘easy’ (in the most complex meaning of the word) for our Government. (Reference Quantum Cryptography) But… if there is no message to ‘decrypt or decipher’, then they are impotent.

Here we are.

This is what the FBI-Apple battle is really about.

We are on the edge of genuine privacy within our electronic communications…

…and We like it.

…and our Government Hates it.

The aspect of this I find most interesting is ‘What about the rest of the World and their Governments?’

Do you think China is going to stop this technology in its tracks? What about Russia? Iran?

Of course not.  Those with the Power of Force will capitalize on these abilities and utilize it to control their respective populations.

All of this ‘court ordered access’ will only apply to None Government folks… us.

So… Overreaching and Nepotistic Government (Crony Socialism) creates the ‘regulatory problems’, and Bills Gates calls for More Overreaching and Nepotistic Government (Crony Socialism) as the Solution.  It’s the Arsenic Cure.  Your Doctor prescribes a teaspoon of arsenic a day to cure your headaches.  You return to him complaining you feel even worse… so he tells you to double the dosage.

The Same can be, and has been, said repeatedly regarding Obama Care and the Socialization of Medicine here in the United States. And it’s outcome was predicted by all of those who have witnessed Socialism at work World Over.  It’s an Abortion.  The Left is now preparing to Demand yet More Crony Socialism as the ‘Solution’ in the form of Single Payer.  Some of us said repeatedly the ultimate failure of Obama Care was the desired outcome from the beginning in order to set the stage for full Destruction of the Greatest Private Healthcare System in the World.  I continue to believe the ‘Affordable Care Act’ is failing right on schedule.  Jonathan Gruber and Paul Ryan should be proud.

Rich Leftist Progressives will say, just as all Evil People throughout History, what they want to do to you Out Loud.  They write articles, books, pamphlets.  They give speeches and round tables.  They start Foundations designed to promote their forceful desires.  You don’t need to concoct conspiracies…

All you need to do is listen.  All you need to do is pay attention.  All you need to do is makeaneffort.

Yet, we endlessly find ourselves fighting Useful Idiots on both sides of the political aisle distracting us from addressing the truly Sinister among us.

This is the only explanation for the surprise experienced when Chinese Authorities Arrested Uber Drivers and those coordinating the Company’s efforts in Hong Kong.

For me this is a glaringly hilarious illustration of the ignorance of those who ‘Identify’ as Way Smart, Totally Cool, Progressives simply doing what any One World Collectivist Hipster would do, Download an app and make money Driving people around…. then be amazed that Big Labor Unions, Democrat Politicians and the Communist Chinese Government doesn’t go for it.

The fact they fail to understand what has happened is rich irony indeed.

In case you’ve been immersed in the latest happenings on the Transgender Transformation Front and missed what Pamela Geller’s ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest has provoked… allow me to catch you up.

Pamela Geller held a ‘Draw Mohammed’ Contest.

Two Terrorist A-Holes decided they were going to show up and kill Everyone.

Both Terrorist A-Holes were shot dead by a Gun Clinging Texas Cop (Who probably thought they were Black Guys just minding their own business, and shot them as a matter of protocol.).

The Leftists from every corner of the political spectrum (Right, Left, CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, The Catholic Church, Republicans, Democrats, etc. etc. etc.) are blaming Pamela Geller.  I mean, Did you See The Way She Was Dressed!?  She was ASKING FOR IT!

The AP is lamenting the demise of the Terrorist A-Holes… seriously.  They have decided to own the position that the deaths of two Terrorist A-Holes, who couldn’t stand the insult of a cartoon and decided to try to kill a bunch of people, is a tragedy.  (If that’s not an open illustration of ‘who you can trust’ I don’t know what is.)

That about sums it up.

I would have to agree with you.

Frankly, Pamela Geller’s group should be receiving federal NEA dollars for her contest. That would be a consistent start to the conversation as it would ‘level the playing field’ with all those artists who have legitimized their ‘art’ by intentionally provoking every other religious institution found in the United States (except Islam).

Or, inversely, removing Federal Tax Dollars from ALL arts and returning the market dynamic to the Artistic Process as it has been for Thousands of Years.  Think that redistributing your hard-earned money to Feces Covered paintings of the Virgin Mary is good Government?  Quick… think of an Artistic Masterpiece!  Hold that image in your mind… There were no Government subsidies for that piece of work.  Someone purchased it, with intent.  Or, it was created with the hope someone would.  It was not blindly funded.

Provoking religious institutions is PROTECTED SPEECH… just as the religious institutions existence IS PROTECTED.  So important is this… IT COMES FIRST in the Bill of Rights!

What is profoundly fascinating?

This event has drawn out the Leftist Religious types (Cardinal Dolan) to illustrate the hypocrisy I just tapped out, but instead of using it as an example of how we all must tolerate such provocation… they demand Drawing Mohammed Pictures be classified as “Hate Speech” in order to control it.  Cardinal Dolan is Jealous.

In other words, Socialists of all flavors see the danger in defending Pamela Geller… The are in a desperate, twisted, position.

If They defend her, as they should, they undermine the control of speech they have worked so diligently to secure. Remember, Political Correctness favors those who cannot argue their ideas on the merits of reason and rational.  So… What Control the Leftists currently have must be preserved… no matter how insipid they may sound when they say it out loud…

But the Left is not content to simply hold on to their current suppression of your Free Speech Rights, they wish to expand upon it.

Those coming out of the woodwork see the danger presented in this debate, and must move the window in their direction by arguing for yet More Restrictive Measures to be applied to what you may, and may not, say.  Cardinal Dolan is not demanding tolerance for those who Draw Pictures of Mohammed… he is lobbying for the Ability to Quash those who would provoke the Catholic Church.  And, amusingly, the very Leftist ‘artists’ who were insulting The Church just yesterday are siding with Dolan today.  It’s not because they are ignorant… well, they clearly are… but rather because what’s at risk here is control over what you say.

This event is allowing us a rare glimpse into the hearts and minds of those we might otherwise trust. Real time.

It is serving to flush out those talking heads, and ideological Icons, who profess to be, but in reality are not, excited about adhering to the Constitution of the United States and The Bill of Rights.

I believe these are the most dangerous among us… as they hide behind words we agree with, but their actions serve to undermine our Freedoms.  They support only the speech they agree with, and fight only the battles that have no meaningful outcome in regard to protecting our Freedom and Liberty.

If you decide to pay attention to this story, you may be surprised by who comes to the defense of Pamela Geller… and more importantly… Who does Not.

Pamela Geller is offensive to those on the Left not because she is provoking Islam, but exactly because she is attacking the gains the Left has made in Controlling Speech.

And for that… she must be destroyed.

A Promise of Infinite Freedom and Liberty to do as he says… live as he wishes… exist if he desires.

Last night a friend of mine asked “Why can’t we just go to work, come home and not worry about anything?”

I was disappointed and sad.  I simply assume the people I surround myself with understand the value of their Liberty and the necessity to defend it at all times.  This is my fault… and illustrates the lesson that these facts must be repeated over and over.

However, this is a common question.  It’s a question labeled ‘reasonable’ by those who want to keep you asleep until it comes time to secure their power or help them keep it.  It is a question built upon a premise that Evil does not exist and Evil People are not being born this very second.  And, those who peddle niceties are in fact nice.  It is a question which is more of a plea to trust, a cry of despair, that life is too hard to shoulder the constant burden of skepticism and responsibility for ones actions.  It’s the soft mindset that incrementally leads to slavery.

What do I hear when someone asks this?

I hear their desire to give up… surrender… lose… their Freedom by abdicating their responsibility of protecting it to those who pine for control over others.

I hear apathy, ignorance and ambivalence regarding the Freedom and Liberty they currently enjoy…

I hear a person who has no ability to empathize with those who are oppressed and do not enjoy their same Freedoms.

It is the absence of contrast… wisdom built upon experience… which disables otherwise able minds.

If you’ve been around here for a while you already know that one of my top 12 reads is ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ by Frankl.  At the end of the book he suggests there should be a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast mirroring the Statue of Liberty in New York.

I happen to agree with Mr. Frankl’s brilliance and insight based on experience.  (For any of you who want to understand more about anything… ever… you need to read this book.)

Being Free is a Huge Responsibility.  It takes energy, effort and thought.  It requires the ability to be honest with one’s self and willingness to suffer the consequences of one’s action without projecting blame upon others.  It necessitates seeing the world as it is, not as you might wish it to be.

To be a Citizen of the United States, the only Nation on Earth to be founded upon the principle that the Individual was Paramount and his possessions, including his person, were to be protected above all other things, places the responsibility of remaining Free on each and every one of us, every moment of every day.

Nowhere on this planet, at any time in recorded history, has the Ultimate Minority of the Individual Human Being been placed First… before Government… before the Majority…. before a Specific Religion.  We are it.

That is American Exceptionalism.

Because of the above fact, We’re the only ones who can protect it… not Government, or a King, or a ‘super smart person’, or a Nobel Peace Prize Winner, nor any other form of Leadership Committee big or small.  It’s us… just us… in a purely voluntarily cooperative effort.  No one anywhere in the World will come to our rescue should we fall.  Because no one anywhere else in the World agrees with us.  They have decided that the only viable forms of Government fall somewhere in the spectrum of Socialism; whether it’s Social Democracy, Theocracy, Communism, Oligarchy, Plutocracy, Fascism, Dictatorship… anything BUT a Constitutionally Limited Democratic Republic which puts the Individual first justified by Natural Law.

The Progressive World finds such an Enlightened Idea far too limiting.  The World prefers Force and Class Stasis… the World prefers Control.  Therein lies the Irony.  The Progressive World desire to take all of us back to divine right and the age of Monarchies.  They only wish they could figure out a way for the majority to vote them into permanent power.  They already know they are Smarter than you, they just want you to solidify it once and for all.  (Elections are such a nuisance… all that energy… all that money… could be used to force our brilliance upon the Masses.  Such is the Ego of the Devil.)

The Devil’s Promise is really; Do as I say and you will be Free… You have a right to your existence because I allowed it.

We in the United States are being conditioned in our Schools and through our Media to accept this… even support and promote this…

The ‘Why’ and ‘How’ are clear and simple to see for those who are capable of intellectual honesty.  We have done this to ourselves.  The history has been written for all who care.

It is also plain to see We have wandered far from the intent of our Founders…

We no longer own the fruit of our labor.

We no longer own our property.

We no longer own ourselves.

All we have left, which we know is genuinely ours, is what’s in our mind… and never shared.

Those who wish Control would take that from you as well… if they could.

Ban Them!

After yet another Marathon Tragedy it has become clear we have an epidemic.

Between 1140 and 3420 lives are claimed each year just in the United States by Marathons alone. This does not account for those deaths, and myriad injuries, caused by lesser races and the training associated with them.

While we are paying attention to other things, a plague is stealing the lives of those we care for most.

WE NEED TO WAKE UP!

SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!

If you doubt me, try asking the mother of a lost child.  Look in the eyes of those brothers, sisters and friends of someone whose life was taken far too early.

It is within our power to stop this.

It goes without saying… no one should be running towards danger except first responders.  And, unless you’re guilty of something no one should be running away. (It’s also just not the way to handle your problems.)

I know what you’re saying… “If Running Shoes are illegal then only criminals will have Running Shoes.” This might be the case. But we must start somewhere and getting these things literally off of the street must be our primary concern.  Our lives depend on it.

Some of you might think you need a pair of running shoes for your health. I will point out countless studies show walking is just as effective if not more so than running.

You might even say that anyone can “run” in a pair of walking shoes.  Sure, it’s possible, but we’re talking about “Running” shoes.  These Shoes are designed to do nothing but being run in.  These are shoes that should only be on the feet of our military and police.  The public has no need for such a specialized, and deadly, shoe.

Some of you might offer that a good pair of running shoes cut down on carbon emissions.  It’s important to remember that runners consume more oxygen and exhale more often than normal people.  And, what do they exhale?  That’s right… CO2! This is just the tip of the environmental destruction caused by running.  Running paths destroy the natural beauty of our open spaces, the manufacture of these hideous instruments of death cause all kinds of environmental problems in the third world countries in which they are produced.  I could go on, but surely you get the point.

Many of you believe that a pair of running shoes can save you from assailants trying to do you harm.  This simply isn’t true.  It has been pointed out that you would be dead anyway.  And, the police are our first line of defense… that heavy burden must never fall on your shoulders.

A few of you “wacko-birds” might suggest you have a “right” to own a pair of running shoes. While you people are clearly insane and your misreading of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights has led you and your ilk to assume such a “right”, I will point out that nowhere is it written that you have a “right to run”… anywhere. Let alone own a pair of running shoes.

And, the most extreme of you will say something along the lines of “Running Shoes don’t kill people, people kill people.”  We all know that the mere presence of running shoes promotes RUNNING!  What else are they used for!?  You people are sick, and stupid.  Just look at the statistics!

All of YOU need to calm down!

We are not talking about banning ALL shoes. I come from a big family of Walkers… I enjoy Walking.  I respect your right to walk and would never infringe on that right… ever.  In fact, I’m a proud member of the National Walking Association.  I will stand up for your right to walk!

What we are talking about here is saving lives.  Reducing crime.  Saving the planet.

What we are talking about is the future we pass down to our children.

What we are talking about is a better, safer, world.

Today we will begin demanding our elected representatives address this problem.

We will expect them to introduce a Running Shoe Control Bill as soon as possible.

And within that bill must be a total ban on all recreational running… there is simply no place for such an activity in a civilized world.  The innocent lives saved by this simple provision will be incalculable.

We must also demand a mandatory health check-up and registry of those wishing to purchase a pair of running shoes.  If these things are going to be out there we must know where they are and be sure they’re only on the feet of those who are responsible enough to own them.

Lastly there should be some nod to child safety.

We cannot afford to expose the most fragile among us to such needless risk.

A Stupiracy

My last post on The Zombies has prompted a thought.

I have a strong belief in Conspiracy… just not in the volume shared by many of my fellow Tin Foil aficionados.  The primary reason for this is it takes huge numbers of people (AKA Humans) to pull off the kinds of conspiracies which would hold most of our interest.  And, Humans can’t keep their mouths shut.  So I do not believe most of the popular conspiracies hold water, so to speak.

Do Conspiracies exist?  Absolutely.

One of my favorites is as old as time itself.

The greatest trick the Devil ever played was convincing you he doesn’t exist.

This occurs in everyday life for all to see… with the help of the Mainstream Media.

The Liberal Progressive Left in this country has convinced you they are not Socialists/Marxists… because they say so.

This is brazen lie.  Period.

Once you take the time to learn what a Socialist is you see clearly what the Left is.  But the goal of the Liberals is to keep you from making the effort to do so.

Diner Customer:  Are you peeing in my coffee!?!

Waiter:  Absolutely not!  How Dare You Accuse me of such a thing!

Diner Customer:  But you’re doing it right here at the table, in front of me, right now!

Waiter:  No I’m Not!  I would Never urinate in your coffee Sir!

And so goes the relationship between the Left and the Useful Idiots that support them.  The rest of us try very hard not to go to that Diner… (Except the owners keep buying up and closing down all the other ones.)

So yes, conspiracies exist.  But they exist only because we allow them to.  Far too many of us refuse to acknowledge what’s being done to us right out in the open. (#Leanforward)

But an even bigger problem exists.  A problem that permeates society.  A problem the Elitist Left doesn’t want to admit exists because it undermines the lofty, enlightened, view they hold of themselves.

It’s The Law of Unintended Consequences.

Most often we see this Law illustrated following a Stupiracy.

A Stupiracy is a loosely associated hoard of Stupidiots practicing profound Stupidiocy in a concert only non-participants can see.

The Zombies, worst case scenario, would be a perfect example.  Computer makers building back doors into Computers ‘just in case’ is a perfect example (thanks IB).  Obama Care in its entirety is THE perfect example.  The list could go on.  But in the end it requires disparate individuals exercising Stupidiocy sans Conspiracy that in the end generates the greatest number of stupified Faces.  While there might have been a small, but loud, contingency of us screaming to stop… look… and listen… they dismiss us by projecting their ignorance in our direction.

Then, when things get weird, terrible even, they act as if they are shocked and surprised.  The Stupidiots then attempt to cast the blame on us.  Why do they do this?  They do this to make sure no one listens to us next time we identify a Stupiracy and scream about it.

The United States Declares War on China

Yesterday, in preparation for action against China, Secretary of State John Kerry announced the United States possessed direct evidence the Chinese Government has employed a Weapon of Mass Destruction targeting every other country in the World.

Secretary Kerry explained the Chinese have cleverly not used a Nuclear Device but have employed Carbon Dioxide instead.  And, in no uncertain terms China’s use of this Global Warming Weapon will not be tolerated.  He went on to say the U.S. has initiated immediate and decisive action.

Considering China is the World’s largest producer of this Weapon of Mass Destruction it has come as no surprise that a time has come they decided to use it.

In the first troop movements designed to confront and defend this Global Sino Militant Hostility the U.S. has paired up with Indonesian forces.

In response the Chinese have feigned surprise.  While they say they view the Navel actions in Indonesia to be clearly aggressive, they seem stunned by a Declaration of War stating they thought they were simply producing goods American’s wanted not to mention they beleived a Declaration of War required the United States Congress’ approval.  The unnamed Chinese Official also pointed out the United States came in as the Second largest manufacturer of this new CO2 Weapon of Mass Destruction.

A spokesperson for Secretary Kerry replied to these ridiculous assertions stating “Of course Americans continue to expect China to produce the things we want.  Concerning the Declaration of War, we would remind the Chinese that the President of the United States has a pen AND a phone, both of which were made in China!” and “Of Course we know the U.S. is the second largest producer of the new Weapon of Mass Destruction.  After we’re finished with China we have every intention to Declare War on the United States.”  When questioned about Secretary Kerry’s authority to make this Declaration,  his spokesperson said “Secretary Kerry also has a pen and a phone.  In addition, most staffers in the Secretary’s office possess either pens or phones… some even have both.  The Chinese should already be aware of this.”

We’ve contacted the Chinese Consulate for additional comment but local representatives seem befuddled and have said, off the record, they have genuinely no idea what the Secretary of State is talking about.

We contacted a number of high-ranking U.S. officials within the State Department, as well as the Defense Department, and no one we spoke with seemed to understand what Secretary Kerry was talking about either.  But a few did say they we aware, and somewhat concerned, John Kerry had a pen AND a phone.  One Defense Department official said “We do joint Navy exercises with Indonesia every year… what is he talking about?”  One State Department official commented that it was difficult to listen to the Secretary very long as his deep monotone drone and strange intonation put her to sleep after only a few words, but she assured us she would read his comments and get back to us with a comment.

A number of Progressive Groups have come out in Opposition to this Declaration saying; “The Secretary has it all wrong.  Global Warming, while the single most horrific man-made phenomena the planet has ever seen, should only be addressed in Rich Western countries.  Egalitarian Countries like China, Russia, North Korea and Iran need this weapon in order to defend themselves from the Exploitation of Capitalism.  Communal security can only be achieved through MADD.  It’s only Fair.”

We contacted MADD for comment and received a release stating “…officially MADD has no idea what any of these people are saying or what any of it has to do with drunk driving.”

President Obama has directly Challenged Me.

In His latest TV appearance President Obama looked right at me then challenged me to state unequivocally “What I am For.”  He told me it is “My Responsibility”.  While it’s not up to him to define what “My Responsibilities” are…  he was speaking directly to me.  He didn’t even bother to hide the messages in the commercials like he usually does. So…

Mr. President,

I am For preventing a Government Take-over of 1/6th of the American Economy with the express purpose of destroying any hope for Choice, Competition and Free-Market solutions which are not only the sole protectors of our Individual Rights but the foundation of the once freest and most prosperous country on the face of the planet.

I am For a Government which abides by the Nations Laws as written and recorded for history in the Constitution of the United States.

I am For Freedom and Liberty of the Individual just as the Founding Fathers were.

I am For every Individual’s Right to Choose what is best for them rather than other people appointing themselves the Right to Force their world view upon us.

I am For the Government staying out of the Markets because when they do intrude we get Market Distortions like Banks being Forced to Lend people money who could never pay it back… Nationalization of Car Companies… Sky Rocketing College Tuition… Bail Out’s for Wall Street… and not least being the current destruction of Health Care.

I am For not doubling, tripling and quadrupling people’s Health Care costs.

I am For the People demanding a return to the Bottom Up Government this Country was, and still is, designed to be.

I am For calling Socialism what it is. Socialism.  I’m even OK with labeling what it really is… Communism Light.

I am For the Limited Government our Founders intended and calling out those who oppose this idea as Anti-American.

I am For a population which understands the Oppression, Destruction and Ultimately Death that Socialism brings to every place on Earth it finds support.

I am For politicians who vocalize the Suffering, Despair and Permanent Political Class all flavors of Socialism creates.

I am For not Printing Money just so you and your Ideological Ilk can Spend what we do not have.

I am For creating Private Sector Jobs by the simplest of solutions… that being getting the Government out-of-the-way.

I am For Repealing, Rolling Back and Dismantling all of the Socialist Schemes that brought us to the point.  All of them.  If we can’t do that, then Privatize them.  No exceptions.

I am For everybody having the Opportunity to follow their dreams… not you deciding who is allowed to do so and who is not.

I am For education which is honest about Statism and its demonstrable failures world over.

I am For teaching Capitalism rather than perverting it or best case omitting it all together.

I am For our representatives, especially the Chief Executive, respecting why this country was founded and what has made it great.  Then I Hope for the Change needed to return us to the shining light on the hill instead of Socialists bent on destroying it in the names of “Fairness” and “Justice” when they really mean Control.

I am For Democrats, and Many Republicans, being honest about their passionate desire to hold the Power of Force over the American People.

I am For Politicians being called out, chastised, demonized and shamed when they make televised Speeches which play on the ignorance of the American Public.

I am For Media Outlets willing to do the above.
