At least according to Diane Feinstein.

In regard to the NSA’s Domestic Spying program affecting 330,000,000 Americans the Senator is silent. Well actually not silent so much as a proponent.
So one must discern in her mind it is out of bounds to collect intelligence from Socialists around the Globe as well as on our borders, but clearly acceptable for the U.S. Government to do so from million’s of innocent Americans.
I wonder what label she would give her preferred flavor of governing theory?
I’ve long held that these people will tell you what they think if you’re willing to listen.
